Awesome Food. We had Chicken Salt Pepper Fry, Fish Curry & Egg Curry. Great Ambience. The best part is that they had four special items for infants/toddlers which gave me a great relief as I was travelling with my 10 months old baby. She had mashed rice with dal and boiled potatoes.

The service here is pathetic. The basic amenities are a luxury here. The intercom don't work, no one is available at the hotel floor. You have to ask for everything, even the things that should be given by default. We wanted hot water for bath , they said it's finished. Food here is pathetic as well. Only the look is good, expect no service from the management.

Very poor service, today we went for lunch. We were unattended for a long time. Food was ok. Staffs are unprofessional needs improvement. We had very bad experience today. Even complaint book was not share to us

We spent quality time, enjoyed tasty meals, and had a wonderful experience without burning a hole in our pockets. Madhuban Vihar is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and reasonable pricing. Perfect for a quick bite or a cheerful gathering with friends or colleagues!

The service was bad and the taste of the food was not good. The naan roti was burnt and looked like it had been beaten. the glass was dirty .Mutton masala and mutton chatpata is taste less

Food quality was good. But price is too much high. 1 litter bottle of water price is 20 rupees in market but in restaurant price is 23 rupees + 5% gst. Not recommended this restaurant for future

This place I have been visiting since I was 3.. Alot has changed from a dhaba to a multi storied building. Food is good..you can try the fish tikka masala

I recently visited this hotel for dinning with my family and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, with our server taking forever to take our order, and even longer to bring out the food. They didn't even had the items that they had listed on there menu. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, we waited over 40 minutes just for appetizers. When the food finally arrived, it was an extreme letdown. The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly presented. The chowmin was undercooked and had no spices. The salad was soggy, as if it had been sitting for hours. Even the basics, like roti, were stale, hard and cold. To top it off, the staff seemed uninterested in providing a pleasant experience. When we brought up the issues, they were dismissive and offered no solutions. Overall, I would not recommend this place—overpriced for such poor quality food and service.
