The swimming pool is just for the name shake. The water was smelling constantly. When I gave them feedback then also they were like you are the 1 st person who is complaining of smell and odour in this hotel. Overall it's good for shooting and pictures, but not for staying.

I came to this place for an engagement program. I haven't used the room service but the staff at the hall section were polite and helpful. Food quality was average for me. But this place is good for the view point.

Rrooms are good but highly disappointed with banquet hall for celebration. They use plate system. We gave approx list of 85 guests. Since 50 guests turned up, there were at least 15-20 plates unused. So there should be leftovers but no the puri n nan section was over. Our guests didn't get to eat complete items. The serving team was stating that it's over and time to pack. Is this how you serve your customers? Sending them back with empty plates. Are we paying for unsatisfied guests?

Its a humble request to the owner to please work on your manager specifically, teach him a little bit of humanity and hospitality. Such a pathetic man he is, doesn't even know how to treat the guests. Honestly its an amazing place for marriage and shoots, but the services are pathetic, kindly work on that... For me it was the first and the last time. There are several places in Ranchi, If Royal Retreat becomes the last option I would still not prefer visiting it again.

Very very poor service. PATHETIC. You pay ₹5000+ for literally dormitory-like services. There is this egoistic receptionist who always has a reply with a 'no', 'na' etc. Really a poor poor experience. The interesting part is that it has occurred every time. I have stayed 3 times.

Lovely place to stay, party & banquet hall.😊 Food was the only thing that was little compermising, else every thing was good. Morning breakfast was awesome with lots of menu.

My room had seepage on the wall and foul smell. They are charging good and accordingly they need to maintain their hotel. Food was fine.
