We I found such a horrible , worst hotel, unprofessional staffs, I never experienced this kind of horrible , all the staffs were also so negligent, rude and poor behavior, no servcing or hospitality, completely worst hotel. Rooms are also unclean, windows cannot be open. And expensive according to the conditions of room. I request all of you not to book this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First of all, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The reception boy, who wore a white shirt, had the worst attitude and made no effort to be helpful. When I arrived, I was shocked to see that the room was nothing like the pictures shown online. They had the audacity to tell me, "Yahi room book hua hai," as if that was an acceptable excuse for the complete false advertising. The room was tiny and bare—just a bed, nothing else. No geyser, no TV, no Wi-Fi, and not even an almirah to store my belongings. How can you even call this a hotel room? The location was terrible, adding to the disappointment. To top it off, while the washroom was relatively clean, it was still in poor condition. This entire experience was a huge letdown, and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!

Staff behavior is very rude... Also owner is too much bad man... Like a fool. not good behavior.... Also too much dirty hotel he asked me for extra money... No towel provide to us.... It's trap if you are going there.. Its your foult...
