Divisha Hotel Mountain view Resort

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Firstly, it's not easily accessible as it's located about 1-2 km from the main road, and public transport is scarce in the area. The room I stayed in was in poor condition - it was dirty, the wardrobe was broken, and worst of all, there were bedbugs on the bed. Despite the advertisement of an AC room, they did not provide the remote to control the AC, leaving me unable to adjust the temperature. Additionally, while they claim to provide complimentary water, they actually offer Kenley water with an MRP of 20 rupees but charge 26 rupees for it. When I tried to address these issues with the staff, they simply asked me to rate the hotel instead of addressing my concerns. Overall, I would advise others to be wary of this hotel and its misleading practices.

Price is very expensive. And reception manager behaviour Is bad. Food is not tasty.and tv does not workd .😒

Hie Users... The service of hotel are unbeatable. ... All th staffs r well mannered nd quick responcer.... Housekeeping works was superb as compared to another place... Specially you will feel awesome nd impressed like Star marking hotels (welcoming board)..when u enter the Hotel The Reception counter will impress you by her work. .... All staffs are well mannered nd familiar...will be happy to visit again.... Thanks all staffs . gd luck

Namaste, all to MOuntain view Team. You people deserve respect always n ever. Your food , service, quality, standard, decency, amenities, hospitality, way of behavior, location even too, is mind blowing, just need to keep consistency but I am sure people can easily make it for ever. Good evening, Team Mountain view Resort. Rooms are small but nice n clean with nice service standrad. Food is like selfmade, u can get whatever u need, nemerous options are there to select n eat. Hospitality n deciency is on upmost priority always here..

Very bad experience, last year i stayed here it was awesome but now are not maintaining properly. Location is calm and safe. Main problem is hygiene. Had very dirty water in toilet and cockroaches in the room.
