Le Lac Sarovar Portico, Ranchi

In this hotel the behaviour of all the receptionist are very good. The experience we had on 31st December night was amazing. The food not only looks good but also tastes amazing. Everybody that is all the receptionists and staff members behave very nicely with every guest. Over all our experience was very good.

A good 4-start hotel in Ranchi with all modern amenities. The staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast buffet had variety. The dishes we ordered for dinner were quite tasty. Room service was prompt and on point. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed.

I couldnt find availability at this hotel so I booked a hotel called Grand Arsh Residency for first 2 days. After arrival, I realised I wouldnt want to stay at that hotel for more than 2 days. I mean if it were a work trip, it was OK but not my first option. So afer 2 days I checked again on MakeMyTrip and this hotel was still SOLD OUT. Finally I tried their website directly and saw 5 rooms were available. I booked it immedeiately for the next 4 days. I must say I paid the same price for both hotels. But Sarovar Portico was 100 times better (lobby / room / service / food etc) at a 20 times better location. I have stayed at some other (other locations) Sarovar properties in the past and this visit was a re-affirmation that they offer the best "bang for the buck" experience. ||Staff is extremely polite, cheerful and down-right helpful in every way possible.|Made us feel welcome and comfortable all through.||Insider Tip : If you see this hotel UNAVAILABLE or SOLDOUT on travel websites, do not give up. Try booking directly on their own website. It worked for me. The prices I got on their website were actually cheaper than what I saw on the travel sites.

Rooms are clean, spacious n well organised. Washroom was small but clean n hygienic .|Breakfast buffet was also good and they have sufficient food items. Hotel staffs are very polite and soft spoken . Room service is proactive. Ambience is also good.

Very prompt service, helpful and courteous staff, a good breakfast buffet spread. |As suggested need two towels when preparing room for a family. |A separate hand shower (not the hygiene wash) would be appreciated in the showering stall as well as a floormat outside the shower stall.

The location is picturesque and tranquil. The property faces a lake. I always request for a room facing the lake and the front staff has always obliged. The complimentary breakfast offers an appetizing buffet of options. There are shops within a kilometer of the property. Food delivery partners deliver food without hassel. If there are civilized occupants in adjacent rooms, you are in for a treat, and above all, its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The rooms are well lit. The location is peaceful like an island almost. The parking is spacious and the view from window is good. I have stayed here multiple times for business trips and find this convenient middle of the city location perfect for work yet away from the hustle of Ranchi

Excellent hotel with lake view . Rooms are spacious neat and clean . Very comfortable bed . AC is quite comgorting . Washroom too good with all kinds of amenities . If reqiured they wud provide u ur requirement . Excellent food and staff service . Rop notch at reasonable rate .
