Treebo Archie Regency

Very near to Ranchi railway station. Rooms are very old and not maintained. Washroom & room is very dark and lights are very low. No direct sunlight in the room. Breakfast is OK, but not with much variety.

Booked hotel through Treebo. Rooms were stinking. The drainage cover was open in bathroom. Bedsheets linen were used ones, dirty. The used towel was left in almirah. Food was good.

Good hotel but needs a little makeover. Rooms are spacious but needs a little bit of upliftment. There were stains all around the walls. Also spotted few cockroaches in rooms.Linen were not at its best. Washroom was not at its best condition. Plus wifi was not functional in first floor which they could not fix in entire day. Breakfast is satisfactory. But staff behaviour is unprofessional . They start calling vehemently for check out even before official check out time. It feels like they are driving their guests out. I felt this kind of behaviour very annoying and unwelcoming.

I absolutely loved the experience! I never expected that I would get such high-quality service for such little price. I loved the food. What I loved the most was the staff and their courteous behaviour. This is precisely what took my breath away. They were up and about at my slightest inconvenience, ensuring that I was granted the best service, the food I wanted to eat ( I asked them to specially prepare sattvic meals for me and they followed it very politely). I loved the view from my room. It had nature in it. I loved the room service and the joyful attitude of everyone who came for house cleaning as well. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. When I come back to Ranchi ( which I will), I would love to stay here again! Highly recommended to anybody who isn’t seeking a 5-star but is seeking high quality service and food!

Excellent location which is around 500 metres from platform 1 exit of Ranchi station.Staff were very helpful. But the property is old and rooms need furnishing. Also power backup is not spontaneous. GT stuck in lift amid powercut with alarm not working. Food in the resturant was tasty and budget friendly.

Nice and clean rooms with all amenities. The washroom was clean. The service was very good, i will give it five stars for this too. The staff were well trained and well behaved. Its location is perfect, i mean 500 metres from Ranchi Railway station but Still a peaceful place. I would recommend this hotel whether you are staying for a day or week. It was a good experience. They have their restaurant and it's absolutely awesome, very tasty food and the complementary breakfast is good too, you will get different breakfast everyday. I would say go for it. Worth the money.

The hotel is very nice, however it has some minor problems like hot water only available during afternoon, the rooms not being polished in some places etc. However the service is good and the location is also convenient as there are many restaurants and malls in walking distance and the railway station is also really close. Has good potential, and I recommend it.
