OYO Sagar Palace

I had booked the same hotel thrice but there was no light in washroom and no catering as well. When i came back after my dinner ,thehotel was locked and we were standing outside i caaled to oyo helpline and they were like' you want to entere or not. As i am a regular customer of oyo and did not expected service like this. Pathetic......

Not at all deserving 1 star ... Very disappointed with OYO that these types of hotels are a part of it... Very pathetic service.. The manager is very rude.. He don't know how to deal with guests.. Also they do not provide basic facilities.. Cable TV is also not working.. The behavior of their staff was worst...After staying there if u want to go out they will keep your keys with them.. Even after showing them ur original ID proof and giving one xerox.. They will ask for your original ID to be kept till you check out from there... I have complained about this to OYO customer service but they also didn't respond... Never recommend anyone... I have seen manager misbehaving a couple.. So also recommend not to book this hotel... 😠😠😠😠😠

Pathetic service by the hotel no water supply at all. Oyo service is pathetic also keep in mind never pay for hotel bookings online first without inspecting the hotel first. The customer care don't answer to your problem any how i was successful in getting my refund. Lesson learned.

For me the trip was so bad ...the room condition is so poor totally different to web site pic...the hotel stuff are not comfotable to talk freely....the quality of food is so so bad...the room service are also very poor...also it's take so more time to serve my order( more than 1.45 hour )...the condition of room AC also so poor ,when the temprature of ac is 16 degree then also the room fan is running because the ac also bad condition..i have booked a room for 2 night..but i can not stay their ..i leave from their after one night....also inside the room lot's of mosquito present...guys i suggest all off you please before booking u must be checked all the details.....oyo show the room history is good...but guys i stay their one night it;s so so bad....

Too good staffs are too friendly but the little problem is gizer and toilet is not good as not working when I visited this place. Overall Happy

Very poor condition of bathroom and rooms TV is not working wi-fi are also down for almost most of the time never visit here... The staff and manager are very rude and arrogant they seems to change any policies are per their wish poor quality of food and very costly cupboard are in very poor place

Very bad management.. hotel staffs are ill manered.. they don't know how to behave with customers.. they charge extra price. Plz dont go here

The management is very ill here .They are illiterate, and are Always in fighting mood.I think that Hotel is for Hospitality and Care .But The management is Soo low that they would start fighting with you after turning off the CCTv camera .Don't go to this place . and Don't record anything otherwise the manger will break your phone
