Blue Crystal Hotel

Well it's a new Hotel which has become a part of the OYO franchise. Overall my experience has been good. Initially though when I reached, I was a bit disappointed seeing the main entrance closed (at 9 pm in the evening). But then later on they clarified that it was because of Diwali and they wanted to prevent any kind of nuisance from drunk outsiders (though there are no alcohol shops nearby). Then I went to my room and honestly I was really impressed with the cleanliness, maybe because everything is new. Further the staff were very courteous and really tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Further as it was Diwali night there were no restaurants open, so had to order for through zomato (Thanks Zomato for making food available for me!!!😊). Then I had a good dinner and slept well. The next day I woke up by 9 am and then by 10 am I received a message that I had checked out, when I went and asked at the reception, they said they had done so, so that I don't have to pay any extra charges.... The reason why I am writing all this, is to give you all a real scenario based picture and if you read it carefully. You will be able to understand the staff have been quite hospitable and helpful even at times, when they need not have been. So I am going with a 4 star!!

This hotel is located just opposite Reliance Fresh in Ratu Road, a very crowded area. Parking is a big big problem here. Rooms and service are good for 1 - 2 nights of stay. Bathroom is clean. TV and AC are available in rooms. Lunch and dinner can be ordered by contacting the receptionist. I had paid INR 1500 per night. Shared Auto Rickshaw and E-Rickshaw is easily available as soon as you step out of the hotel.

A good small hotel on Ratu Road. The rooms are small but clean and well made. The reception is guest friendly. They have. They dont have an in house kitchen but the food they serve is tasty. Its just opposite reliance fresh on ratu road so finding this place is not a problem. In some rooms the noise from outside road is disturbing but overall a n affordable Oyo rooms certified place to stay.

An average to below average looking room. But not that something I would complain about.... Until I was hit by a blast of the smell of the gutters. The most terrible smell one could imagine. We managed to spend one night. ||If only photographs were smell capable and could share this experience of mine.... But alas. ||If ever forced to stay here, room 103 is not the one for you. Any other room, smell it before you risk it.

It's a okay'ish OYO and good if you are on a budget. Avoid this place if you check-in late night. Our room was close to the main road and it wasn't peaceful at night. There were lot of tractor movement nearby and it was noisy. While check-in OYO servers didn't update our booking and there was confusion in the middle of the night. Since we just stayed for a night and left early, it was ok.

Don't judge the hotel from outside. Get inside and you'll know what I'm saying. Very much well furnished rooms with all the needed amenities like 24/7 running water, geyser, lcd tv, ac, wifi with very reasonable rate and most of all their well mannered and valued customer services makes your staying really beautiful😊

Located on main Ratu road.. Just say Amrud bagan, indrapuri road to the Auto driver he'll get it.I STAYED IN Classic room. I checked in at 10:30pm door was shut down so i have to call the customer care. SMALL ROOMS but clean. Bit noisy as it's located near main road. Reception is on 1st floor. I booked at 866 rupees only. Passport Office is hardly 400m. I had work in there. Staffs are polite. Foods facility available by hotel. Note- No parking facility No outside food allowed.

Stay & service was okay. But one star ‘cause Manager keeps asking you to give them 5 starts. He will not leave you without getting it. If you are seeing a good rating in OYO it’s only ‘cause of him and not a real feedback.
