SPOT ON Hotel Royal Residency

The worst hotel we have ever been in. The staff were very rude in the end, specially during checkout time, didn't tell us properly when the checkout time is, the reception was forcing us to book the entire room for the day, even though we needed just 1-2 hrs extra. The owner is the most inconsiderate person, I ever met, when we requested a little extra time, he said business was business. I guess it's because we booked the cheapest room.

This hotel is near ikra masjid, purely muslim area but all people are good here. the room providing by oyo is very good and they also maintain hygiene but the receptionist is not as polite as he should be and he do not offer water so room is good but not the receptionist.

good hotel at prime location at reasonable rate.but there is no AC rooms so it can be uncomfortable during summers..all responsibility is only on one person somtimes there are delayes if you need somting..

Purely muslim area but people are good. Shops closes around 8 pm. Big bazar and malls are nearby. RO water facility is not available. You have to purchase water bottle from outside shops.

Not a good hotel , hotel rooms have seepage and washroom are dirty . No ventilation in bathroom. Hotel at market area so lots of noise . Hardly to pay Rs300 to 400 per day per room

Very poor behavior from the owner , the hotel also looks like PG or hostel. Rooms are very small and the whole hotel is situated in one floor only above a market. Even many locals don't know that this hotel exists

Nice Stay.. Rooms are clean and neat. Hotel management behaviour also good.

I've been here before as well, the hotel manager is friendly the rooms are well maintained.
