OYO Flagship 14294 De Rest

Being an old and a regular customer I was not expecting things will go in such a way. My man just asked to comfort with the price in a very polite way but the staff of your hotel responded it very crudely. Even though there were several issues : First, the flowing water has current in it, Second, mosquito issue 3rd , the yellowish colour of water.. But we were ok with it and now your poor behaviour has worsen the problem. If you can't handle the situation to how to talk ,it's better you should learn it . And I am sorry to say this but we are no longer avail for your service. Hope next time , the next customer may not face this problem.

This hotel is good for couples. Staff- staffs are well mannered and very cooperative. 👍 Food- food is ok. You can order food from your room.👍 Room- Rooms and bathroom are too small, there is no chair,table in room Room is conjusetred. Ac /tv is properly working. 👎👎 Service- Room service is good.👍

Decent hotel for your transit stays. They have bike parking space too. I came here on a bike trip. You will feel quite homely here. You can roam around without being stared and being disturbed by anyone. Couples will feel safe here.

# Nice place.. With a beautiful garden. Comfortable.. With good working staffs.rooms r small but airy. # not always though, serve u with the worst food ever." I am very seriously disappointed with it. It really spoiled my day.i was hungry had nothing since morning due to a busy schedule, and at the end of the day when ordered for food - I was served with rice with sand particles n raita with rotten onions!

Staff is the real positive here. Rooms are small. Food is decent. Telephone of our room was not working. There were issues regarding washroom, which I shared with the staff. It is one of the highest rated hotel in Oyo. But I strongly feel Oyo standards could be much more enhanced, given the price we pay.

If u want a cost place with your loved one do come to this place. Good staff and facilities available. An upscale place and has good amenities. Location is a bit problem but not very far from the city. Rooms are good with all facilities and neat. Very good options for couples to stay and spend time together

Hi, well first thing first: 1: If you are looking for a room for a couple in Ranchi, this spot will not disappoint you an inch. 2: The staff is very well behaved. 3: They don't unnecessarily disturb you. 4: Rooms are quite neat and clean. 5: No unnecessary questions asked. I would recommend this place for sure, but there a few things which might not suit a few like: 1: Location - it's on the interior of a small locality, and at night there are no Street lights available, so if you are traveling there at night kindly take an Uber or Ola. 2: Outside food and visitors are not allowed. P.S - I used a spy camera finder to check for hidden camera but none of the two apps used by me detected any camera, you can download these apps from Play store. Cheers!!!

The atmosphere of the hotel is nice, recommended for both family and couples. No question ask in checkin & checkout so without any hesitation you can go. But washroom water is little bit yellowish not a big issue.
