Hotel O Aura Hotel Rajdhani Residency

I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. The room was average; definitely not something you’d expect for the price. Lighting was okay, nothing fancy but usable. The biggest letdown was the washroom. It had a bad smell initially, which got a bit better after switching on the exhaust fan. But what made it worse was the AC water leaking right in front of the bathroom door, so the floor stayed wet the whole time. The wash basin was loose and shaky, and there were no towels provided, which was disappointing. Even AC didn’t cool well even at 16°C, it felt like it was barely doing anything.and what really ruined my stay though was the mattress ,so uncomfortable that my back was sore after just one night. The location is way inside from the kokar road, but surprisingly, they charge rates similar to hotels right on the main street. Parking is available right in front of the hotel, but it’s basically along the road and there is a CCTV camera, but it doesn’t give a very secure feeling, especially at night. Only good thing I can mention is the receptionist’s behaviour. He was polite and showed the room beforehand. Overall not the worst place if you just need a roof for a night, but for anything longer, I’d look elsewhere.

Very pathetic They take money for delux and give dirty blanket and room ka not clean. Bed was even dirty. The person who was in service was very arrogant. I asked him clean blanket he end up saying sab rooms main aise blanket h. After that I asked for extra bedsheet as the bedsheet was not clean madam humare pass extra nahi h. People are unprofessional and rude. Service is worse, i.would never recommend anyone. Cockroach and mosquito will be waiting for you. Worse experience ever.

3 rd class staff they don't even know how to deal female guest and their language is superb bad I stayed their for long days but they are low grade then finally next to them hotel anchor is their professional staff and very good in same price guys plz don't visit them they are too bad if required can share the chat and recording and then they threat also seriously its not even safe staff is very cheap they call manager but actually he is just a waste human I ever deal with it I regert staying their and when I wanted to talk owner couldn't but I was saved as got near by hotel anchor the best in Ranchi

Service is good, staffs are very friendly and helpful, nice rooms and comfortable for stay. But, price is high and they don't accept online booking like OYO and other platform, because of price difference. This place is good for couple and the allow couple stay with local id proof.

I book hotel room from OYO app at the prize of rs 800 but when I reached hotel a hotel manager tell me we are not provide you from reference of OYO app and the price of OYO you have to pay more and manager force me to cancel the booking. The room was not clean at all, the bed sheets were not clean, even the bathroom was not clean and very bad service from staff's. Very bad experience please don't visit here I REPEAT AGAIN PLEASE DON'T VISIT HERE.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

They charge extra at the time of check-in. Staff behaviour is very bad. Not for COUPLES. check-in time very long. Faltu ki long enquiry.

I was denied check in as per booking price. I paid price according to room charges of 1200rs because I was left with no option after reaching there . Worst hotel to check in because they won't allow u outside food and beverage and they provide one litre purifier water only after which u have to buy tasteless local bottle of water on 20 rs price which was being sold on rs 10 in whole ranchi. Service was very poor I recommend not to visit this hotel even stay is free of cost

Charged extra at the reception. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR. Said "Ask OYO about the extra charges we won't give you rooms otherwise. Didn't know who confirmed the booking. If I knew earlier what amount you paid, I wouldn't even allow you to step in here." Basically fishing customers to pay less amount and while checking in ask for more.
