Hotel arpana

We came to Ranchi for two nights stay to roam around the city, seeing the waterfalls. We stayed here. The place is really pleasant and quiet. They provide lift facility within a really reasonable price. The rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean. The hotel is run by a lady who is very caring in nature and kept asking if we had faced any issues inside and also outside of the hotel. Moreover, they offer 24 hour checkout facility. Which is very important for people who have trains or flights to catch during very early or late hours of the day. Overall it's a good to stay.

I checked into Hotel Arpana in the middle of the night, around 1 AM, and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and accommodating service. Despite the late hour, the owner was available to help me with my check-in. The room I received was clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. Arpana Ma'am was especially kind and caring, making sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was comfortable. Her hospitality felt like a mother's care, and I truly appreciated the personal attention. A wonderful experience overall

Hotel Aparna is hardly 1.5 kilometres from Ranchi Railway station. Both way approachable. All women service provider hotel. During my stay, central water heating system was out of order but the lady incharge always ready to provide hot water at your convenience time. The lady still posses a soft corner for the distressed boaders and extend genuine helping hand. Initially I observed but later felt myself as I felt sick from 22-12-2024 after coming back from Chinnamasta Mandir. As I am travelling alone, she is more worried than me. Next day morning she personally went to a nearby doctor and fixed and appointment for me. Later arranged for TOTO both way. I have multiple health issues so Doctor after through checkup prescribed medicines and adviced not to travel. My brother and nephew came from Kolkata and we are moving out today 26-12-2024. The hospitality shown by the lady ARPANA did a dent in my heat. I wish them success in all fronts. I am fortunate enough that unknowningly I have lodged myself in Hotel Aparna and experience the hospitality. Rooms are adequately spaceous furnished and clean. On deterioration of my health conditions, I started using their restaurant services and it is adequately tasty with a touch of humanity. It's says SECURITY IS A WARM FEELING and in this respect the hotel deserve this taglines as I went to NETARHAT without locking my room and on my return on the next day, I found all my belongings are intact. Like the lady there are two cute puppies who also welcome the guest. Though she is much junior to me but became my local guardian and well-wishers. Bikash Nandy Mazumder

Truely beyond expectations. Came here without pre-booking. But didn’t face any problem getting room of our Choice. Rooms are well cleaned. Behaviour of the staffs was polite and friendly. Specially the courtesy of the woner pleased us a lot. Will recommend this hotel if you planning for a Ranchi trip. Don't think about those negative remarks. Surely those were out come of personsl anger. Thank you Hotel Arpana. Will visit again.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have just returned from Ranchi, this hotel is highly recommend for their great service. Organised rooms with fulltime water supply and electricity. The rent is fare enough. Fully secured. Hyginic and cleanliness maintained. The lady owner is too humble and well behaved. She has taken care of our every needs.

Stayed in this hotel, the experience overall is very good, the food we had in hotels was amazing, we like the food and the service of restaurant staff, rooms are clean, service they provide in rooms are also good.owner aunty is very loving and friendly
