Hostel refurbished into a hotel. Worst place ever. Almost every other hotel is better than this. The worst part was the rooms are small, filled with tobacco pieces and dirty. Property manager behave badly and is always looking for extra income. Just see the ratings. Majority of ratings have been either a 5 star or a single star. All the 5star ratings have come from close associates of hotel management or the hotel (actually a hostel) staff themselves. Majority of customers had no choice but to rate it with a single star (as Google doesn't allow 0 stars). absolute nightmare

Never take this hotel. The staff at reception who is manager as well don't know how to speak to a customer. I booked it from booking.com and paid half the money online, he shouted and yelled at me that they don't accept online payment also he said he won't give room at the discounted price as per booking.com. So he said either pay more money or leave the hotel and book other hotel. Rooms are also not as per shown in photos. My room was just beside kitchen and I was able to hear each and every words of them. They were fighting in kitchen with loud and rought words. They also didn't provide any kind of soap and shampoo on the bathroom. I only liked the taste of food. Other staffs were well behaved except the manager. I don't know about the quality of other rooms but I already told you about the room I got.

Just below average hotel only for emergency use. Bathroom was like public property and not a soap was present. Staff was like dumb and deaf and not able to understand anything in single time. Mosquitoes were also there during night time. Please don't select this hotel it's my personal experience.

Dear All, I recommend you all not to stay in the oyo property it was not safe, Just only because the Reception boy behaviour which was very very bad and rowdy type, he has taken extra cost apart from oyo payment forcefully, when i was complained to oyo regarding AC not working then the reception then that boy come to my room and sought on me and said that nothing will happen with your complaint i am the boss of this property. I booked hotel room for a week but he checked out by himself in 3rd day without informing me and forcefully he taken my luggage out of the room, due to his misbehaviour i was post complained to oyo but no action has been taken for him. So please be alert while book this property. I am a employee of Mahindra group, visited for training purpose in coal india ltd. and faced this type of problem.

We are full time traveller. We have been living in hotels from past 2 years but my experience at this hotel was worse. Hotel owner, if you are reading this then kindly replace your manager or teach him how to treat your guest.

This place is pathetic. Think of it only when you have no other choice (not even railway platform). The response you get after posting a review (email is at escalations@oyo.....) is of no value either. No body responds. It's worse than those "chadar badlo hotels". Yaha to chadar bhi nahi badalte.

Hotel was nice but staff was not good at all. Despite booking he took advantage of night and over charged the money. He also told that it is not a OYO Flagship hotel. I would say keep it at last in your opinion.

I book room from OYO and did the payment as soon as arrived to hotel they said we can't do your check-in as you have made the payment to OYO A AND THAT IS VERY LESS, OF YOU WANT RO.UOU WILL HAVE TO PAY US MORE AND THEY CHARGE ME EXTRA AND SAID DONT INFORM THIS TO OYO. JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION THEY ARE DOING THIS WITH EVERYONE.
