I have check-in in the evening 7PM and informed to the staff that the next morning I will checkout at 6:30am because I have to catch the flight and in my hotel cost, breakfast was included which i have paid the amount.and i already informed the staff to pack my brakefast and they agreed for that. When I went to the reception at 6:15am and cleared my bill and asked for the brakefast the reception guy told me it will take 15-20 minutes to prepare the brakefast. When I questioned him that we informed in the night his answer was sorry we forgot.the hotel from outside is good but inside nothing was there as per the price the hotel is not at all good.i don't recommend any one to book the hotel by seeing the pictures in the website.very bad experience....

We had a birthday party on 5th December, yesterday. The quality of mutton and fish in the dinner buffet was not good at all!! Mutton were all bones ….shocking!! And it was not mutton kasha what we had ordered. Fish were all very small pieces with lot of bones and was not fish Kalia as per our order. Service was ok. But when food is not of good quality, the whole feeling of a good party gets spoilt. Maybe they don’t look into quality in the buffets. First and bad experience at Capitol Hill!!

Long duration stay for almost 15 days during the recent elections. Extremely well managed hotel with a very well trained staff. Food menu, quality, preparation and presentation are amongst the best not only in Ranchi but in the hotel industry. The chefs take pains to maintain authenticity of every dish. Although the breakfast menu is not exhaustive but every item is very well prepared. Hygiene and cleanliness are of very good standards even though the property is old. Laundry services are excellent as well. Special mention for Deepa from Housekeeping; Sudipto, Asif and Manish from the restaurant for making the stay homely. Kudos to the management for constant supervision. An upgrade of lights & sanitary fittings, Smart TV etc in the rooms will enhance the appeal.

Recently visited this Hotel. Surprisingly quality is not improved yet. I found hair in my food. What more to say.. However the staffs are well behaved.

I have attended offical BJP youth conclave 2024. There bouquet is well arranged. Every things they were serving. It is good.

There is demolition going on at top floor of hotel. Inspite repeated request to hotel manager for stop making noise, nothing happened. Not a professional approach. Bookings should not have be taken, under such extreme noisy conditions.

I was here for 3 days in September and 3 days in June. Both these days the stay was extremely unpleasant and noisy. There was extreme level of disturbance the whole time and the staff did not cooperate. They even misbehaved with me. I specifically asked if they had a booking in the hall for an event, I was told no. But one day before my exam some ceremony was being held and I was told it was it was booked a date before which I find so hard to believe. On top of this misinformation, there was some renovation going on as well. And I had asked them about that before booking as well. No one informed me. I was there for an exam, I’d have chosen a quieter stay had I known. Instead they chose to put my career at risk for business. This place which was once known for its hospitality has now deteriorated both in terms of the behaviour of their staff and rooms. Extremely disappointed. Not choosing this again for sure.
