Hotel Churuwala Inn

I had a pleasant stay for 3 nights here. Breakfast is good and staff is responsive to request.

I think the hotel is good as compared to others. The price is not that high. Breakfast is good. Staff is supporting . The only thing I don't like is that they put Biscuits and chocolate in the refrigerator when you check in the room, I thought it was complementary but later on they charged very high prices for those. Moreover the staff lied that there were 4 chocolate 5 chocolates...this shows the cheap mentality of the hotel persons.

I have booked premium room and never seen this kind of worst service. Centralized hot water system is not working and if you contact room service, they will give hot water after an one hour only. Mostly they won't pick your call. AC is not working properly and rest room space is too less. Waste of money and time.

1.Power sockets are damaged evenb we conveyed at reception they didn't changr it . Its safety issue 2.Too much of cost for water bottels selling 34 instead of 20 and for chocolates and chips sellinga as 100% higger cost 3. AC not working properly 4. Lift noot working at nyt tme 5. Even for 30mins they charging full day pay.
