Despite being in a congested area, parking was available, and they even provided me with parking inside their shopping complex. The overall location is convenient, with easy access to everything you might need.

I visited Ranchi for a day and booked a room after seeing their claims about cleanliness. While the rooms were indeed clean, the behavior of the staff was so unpleasant that it overshadowed everything else. No matter how politely you speak, they only boast about how great they are and completely ignore your concerns. I settled my bill and left as quickly as I could. I chose this room for my father, and I deeply regret the distress he had to endure due to their behavior. If you come from a well-bred family or have experience in a professional setting, you will be appalled by the lack of management and courtesy here. Moreover, I suspect that many of their positive reviews might be from their own people/one foreigner because they seem to harbor a strange bias against locals, particularly Biharis. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disturbingly prejudiced. They will likely ignore this reviewand not acknowledge it, but it's important for others to be aware. Kindly think wisely before booking. Also, Dear management, its high time you value your customers.

This is the best hotel for Bengalis. Each and every room is clean and the behaviour of the owner as well as all staff are excellent.

Better and cleaner rooms than most of the hotels under the 1500 price range, the owner is friendly and prices are affordable. You get more than you pay for.
