Real Review - Honestly, it's a 2/5. Most 5-star reviews seem forced. Don't fall for them. 1. The location is very far from the city, near a village, surrounded by small, unfamiliar buildings. No shops or restaurants nearby, and the hotel has no boundary, making it feel unsafe. 2. The room is not worth ₹2500+. You can find better options in Ranchi at this price range. 3. Food is overpriced. I found hair in my dal, and when I asked for a return, they refused and were rude. Even at breakfast, you can't have a second cup of tea without paying extra—ridiculous! 4. Service is poor. I checked in late (12:40 PM on 18th Sept), and the receptionist, Rea, had poor management skills, struggling with a walkie-talkie. 5. The waiter and chef are good. 6. Honestly, it's a 2/5. Most 5-star reviews seem forced. Don't fall for them. Best hotel one can get in Ranchi in this budget. Came here after a long and tiring search for good hotel in whole city. Beautiful property. Spacious rooms with clean washrooms. Very supportive staff. Enjoyed my stay here.

Review Feedback: Location: The place is situated far from the city center, in the middle of a village. While the rooms are decent and well-maintained, the management and billing practices are extremely poor. Issues Faced: The staff lacks the basic knowledge and competence in generating correct invoices. Despite multiple follow-ups, the corrected bill was not provided. The overall experience with billing was highly frustrating and unprofessional. Recommendation: I strongly advise corporate travelers and business members to avoid staying here due to the severe mismanagement of billing and poor customer service.

Very far away from the city. But a beautiful hotel. Rooms were amazing. But very bad management in terms of Pest control management. Would give a zero for this. Rest of the team and hotel was good.

Mohua was truly home away from home. We were a big group that had taken over the entire place for a week. We were treated like Royalty. Haven't experienced such hospitality ever before. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. Every meal- be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, was unique. We were served local delicacies too. Every small request was promptly taken care of.

This property is an absolute beauty. We weren’t sure how it will be by seeing the roads and in maps also no proper guidance we were getting. But after reaching we were stunned. It’s really a very beautiful and the cleanliness is top notch. Food was also reasonable and tasty. Staffs are very sweet and courteous. Parking place was also available separately Thanks so much. Really happy with the service. We will surely visit again.
