I stayed in this hotel for two days before my exam. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very helpful. Due to my exam, I requested a noise free room. He quickly arranged a noise-free, clean room upon request. The behaviour of the hotel staff was really commendable. Highly Recommended.

Oya app is nice for finding good hotels at good location and best part is at best price. This hotel is around 300m away from main road but route is easy to find. Rooms are clean and plenty of space.. service is also nice. Parking is available here.

Room walls are stained. Lack of cleanliness. After booking through OYO online, location shown on map was wrong (we reached in front of a Institute). After contact by phone they share their location through WhatsApp. Location was hard to find. After reaching there they demand INR 2409, which we have to pay, in stead of 2048 shown during booking. Only this OYO refer, I ever enjoyed, does not provide any breakfast or tea or so on.

It wasn't built as a hotel actually. It's got really large halls, balconies, bathrooms. Even the rooms are pretty large for the price. The service was okay too. The only downside is the location. It's located near tupudana, away from the main city which is why Domino's, KFC, Behrouz and many other famous restaurants don't provide delivery service at the hotel. But you still have some restaurants who do provide delivery service there. If you're visiting Ranchi as a student and you also have your exam centre in IDZ tupudana, then this hotel is a very good choice. It only takes 5 minutes to reach the main road by foot from the hotel and from there you can take an auto to the IDZ tupudana and you'll be there within 5 minutes.

Am booked this property from OYO and I pay what OYO demand from me and I reached this property at 11pm .. when I reached they said they unable to provide me AC room (i booked AC room from OYO) because am use Oyo offer and pay little less than usual... They provide me 3rd class NON AC room.. and am take that room because u know 11pm u not get any Auto to change resturent... And Through OYO i also get complimentary breakfast option but they not provide this too... Guys they r fraud ...

This hotel is very bad mainly the staff of this hotel is very dishonest person.I booked this hotel in online mode with payment but when i reached this hotel the receptionist told me there are no vacant room available now also told me that they can not accept any type of online payment.After then he told me if u pay by cash ₹700 then i will give u any type of room what i want etc.That time my room was very necessary for me because one day later in morning i had an exam.When i payed u ₹700 then he give me a room which is not comfortable to stay . However, i want to tell all over these people who seen my comment that don't come this hotel this is so bad.
