Hotel O Moon Light Hotel

The most unserviced and shabby dark place with constant water issues and negligence towards guest issues.This is for a room for youngsters who couldn't find privacy to have sex with each other which is not an issue until everyone refuses to clean up the rooms for further use.The room we stayed in was a single room which was at the backside of the building (no problems yet).the real issues were : 1. The staff neglects your issues as hell. 2. No proper cleaning of rooms(a used condom was found behind the bed which had not been disposed of, pan masala was puked on the walls,hand prints on walls,smoked ciggerate ashes and blunts in the corner). 3. The cupboard doesn't close. 4. Jet Spray was in a shabby condition in the toilet. 5. The basin tap isn't at the proper measurement ,the water slips down its walls. 6. Water scarcity (even if you informed the staff for this they would procrastinate as hell and beat around the bush about actually solving the issue). 7. NOT FOR FAMILY TO BE KEPT HERE ON YOUR VISIT 8. It's a rumour I guess but the real incidents are to hard not to be taken into consideration about that.I heard that their flagship has been revoked by OYO so again that's a BIG NO. CONCLUSION: Please if you are new to Ranchi and came here with family ,please choose any other hotel or something but not this .You shall regret every penny if you check in here.

It's too much bad hotel. So many problems I have facing. Room so much dirty . Almost 3 hr no electricity.. Lift was not working . I have booked 2 days but i have check out very next day night. I have request so many times change that room they said next day morning they can change. But again same problem. No room no room,they are said. Overall it was bad stay.. Some stuff good. But if management not provide clining stuff. For one tow person can't doing everything.

after reaching , hotal staff asked for extra 300 and when I denied to pay extra . then he said , if I'll not pay xtra then I can't stay at the night I have to checkout in the evening 4 pm. then. and I had no extra money so, I checked out at the evening. this was my first experience with Oyo and it was very bad 👎👎👎👎 room was also not clean and bathroom was stinking.

i had booked for 2 ac room and 1 ac and 1 non ac room was provided to me. in night no power backup was their 40-45 mins power was cut no ventilation in room . no towels and hand wash soap was provided we had to purchase from our end . hotel staff were not so co-operative.

the room was stinky, washroom was awful 😞 and they didn't give any sanitised room and the blanket was smelling and was without any cover .Ac was stopped due to power cut , toilet seat was so dirty and wet , no soap,shampoo or any tea maker or boiler provided by them. experience was horrible 😞

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very polite and helpful and the room was clean. The location was easy to find and the hotel was well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The accommodation, service, and general atmosphere were all amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had lots of great suggestions for local attractions that I hadn't heard of before. My room was very comfortable.
