No word to define the scale of displeasure. These rooms are not even worth for rental. Dirty room, dirty bed and linen and soiled toilet. the width of the toilet was 2 feet only . All toilet fittings were ineffective. No soap sampoo, No drinking water no food to supply. They provided the room without cleaning when the last occupant leave. Mattress was in bad shape. You may delist this property.

Very dirty hotel. Rooms have unpleasant smell. Also the pillow and bedsheets are not washed. Staff is very unhelpful. Do not go there if you are travelling with family. Worst hotel

Pathetic!!! The rooms , the service everything was just overrated don't know how they git 4.1 rating . Literally the vibe felt like horror . Just don't go there, that's it 😬

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The air conditioning was not functioning due to a power cut on Muharram, making the room uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the mattresses were worn out, which affected the quality of sleep, and the sheets were not clean. These issues seriously impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel management addresses them promptly to improve future guests' experiences.

Except the behaviour of the staff, I have not found anything good in this hotel. Dirty Rooms; Uncleaned & Unchanged Pillow Covers, Bedsheets, Cushion Covers; Stains and Hairs all over the beds, pillows; Broken Taps; Broken Shower button; Non-functioning Geyser; Broken Cupboards; No Towel or soap given. Pathetic Stay. After complaining they changed the room which is again the same situation. Now how many times I will complain! I felt like leaving the room as early as possible. The only thing I liked is the behaviour of the guy in the Counter who is very good and cooperative. But Overall, I must say, it was a Pathetic Stay. Very bad experience.

The hotel was good. Nice location, nice building. But bedroom size was too short. The hotel doesn't have its own kitchen. Also there is cutlery problem. There is no sleepers for guest in room.

Never Visit this hotel. I saw the reviews but thought myself to give it a try but trust me this hotel is a Nightmare for people. No service. Insects in bathroom no cleaning of linens. linens are so dirty that one would never stay in this hotel. Rather it's an apartment divided into room. Not safe for people even. If you wanna try go at own risk. Not at all recommended. Couples stay cautious.
