OYO Flagship 7852 Hotel Embassy

Bad rooms. We paid 1100rs with discount. Still hot water was not available in the peak of winters. The telephone was not working. Also the room was not cleaned properly. There were some objects still in the room, left by the previous guests. Quilts were not cleaned properly. Ac was not working not the wifi. We booked through Oyo. N for the price we paid, we were supposed to get hot water, ac and free wifi.

Situated at just half kilometre away from Ranchi Railway station it is a nice hotel. There are 3 categories of rooms. The rooms were good but somewhat not maintained. The floor was quite dirty and slippers were not provided. The rate (2000 INR / day) was quite fair but I expected a little bit better service. The air conditioner and television was working well and we get free WiFi too (Speed 1Mbps). The hotel also provide free breakfast (not lunch) and it was quite good. Overall it was a nice experience and it's a good hotel if you are looking for few days of stay in a affordable hotel right in the main city area.

Worst hotel visited ever.I was in ranchi for more than a week.First day i checked in at embassy.Pathetic stinking room was given.Ac remote was not there,when asked stagf told that sir window ac ka remote nahi hai hamare paas.It was midnight so i was not having much option so i have to stay overnight.Washroom was so cheap and dirty.Never visit this hotel anyone never.

Have booked through OYO. Allotted room was small in size and two separate beds made it less spacious. Washroom is not up to the mark. Didn't had food here. Bed, linen, towel and blanket were clean. AC was working properly. As the hotel is situated within 250 mtr from Ranchi Railway Station, it can be a good choice for one or two day traveller. Availability of lift made the entry to room easier. Behaviour of staff is good.

An average hotel... positive part very close to Ranchi Railway Station... Maximum people r from Bengal... Receiptionists are quite friendly .... If one convince with genuie problem, early check in is also available with no additional cost....Room condition is quite average...all lights in my specific room was not working... In bathroom exhaust was not working so after few hours of check in u get a foul smell from the bathroom...cable TV also stopped working from the day of my check out.... I also found baby cockroaches roaming in bed n floor... Restaurant in the hotel is nice... Quantity is good but taste is average but it's in a reasonable price. Indian food is rather better than Chinese...In one word.. a hotel location wise good but need immediate renovation n pestisides...

OYO portal has old pics uploaded of Hotel Embassy. This doesn't at all match with actual rooms. Moreover, room service is dismal. With intercom not working. Tank water which comes through taps is dirty. Rooms stink where room freshners are not used. Bed sheets are not washed properly. Will surely not advice anyone to opt for the same for a stay.

I had booked early morning just for couple of hours stay as I had a flight to catch. Hotel denied me the entry saying I should have called them first before coming even though it was confirmed by OYO. Fortunately one of the guests checked out in front of me and I talked some sense into to the guy at reception. He agreed to get the room cleaned after I promised to pay extra. Room was pathetic. No towel was provided, linen was dirty, washroom had flush water all over it after using it for once. This is not a hotel you would want to stay in if you are planning to stay for more than a day.

Staay in the hotel is very plesant! Well maintained rooms with attractive interior! Having own resturant and nice room service. Food is testy at affordable prices. Well behaved and sincere staff, house keeping staffs r ladies but very sincere and supportive. A nice oyo hotel at affordable price for stay at Ranchi. Recommended after my personal stay and having wonderful hospitality experience.
