SPOT ON 61846 Preet Palace

Good Hotel just opposite to Railway Station. Neat & Clean. I loved b/f options. Cheff made delicious Bread Omelete. For rooms one star is less because of small room size and one star less for service as they didn't provided tooth paste on my request.

The worst hotel i have seen in my life. Hotel staff service is very bad. Room is not as it is in picture. Toilet space is very congested even you can not stand propely. Bed and blanket looks like they bring from footpath. I would suggest everyone don't go for this hotel. You have to carry soap and bath towel yourself. No shower in bathroom. You will not get water for drinking.

In my case, when I checked in the room and toilet were dirty. There were cockroaches in the room. I booked it through oyo for 3 nights. Although the staff was very helpful and polite.

3rd class hotel..... behaviour of staff's is very bad..yaha room mt lena koi .... personal experience se bta rhi hu......

Experience was horrific.... Worst of the baddest places ..... Firstly, the room was not as like it was shown in oyo app during booking.... Secondly, there was no water during the nights. I have to call the receptionist to solve the problem but water came for some minutes or an hour but again after the same problem occurred... I again called the receptionist twice and no one picked up the call and at 1 pm i have to go to the reception and there i found a guy sleeping .... I said the problems i was facing then he solved our issue..... 1 star is far good i would rate the hotel in negatives i swear 😡😠

Rooms are affordable, but not all rooms are clean, some cockroaches are present on bed. They should look into the matter.

Not reliable, they might just trick you to cancel your booking if you booked through OYO, and then pitch you to book offline.

Very good hotel.. I am very happy for ur services. Every staff have a politely behaviour..I am fully satisfied....
