The ambience of the hotel is unique. The wood & glass work in the lobby is attractive. The staff always greets with a sweet smile and gestures. Rooms are a little compact, but nicely put together. The indoor restaurant serves good food and drinks. Have a variety of options. Overall an Excellent stay.

The ground floor is like SHEESH MAHAL. Expressive and impressive theme. Stayed there for a day and night. Had a buffet for dinner and breakfast. Taste is undoubtly is perfect and every dish is light infact very light. Well cooked veg meals. Kullhad tea is served here and that is awesome. Gur rasogulla.... That is ultimate. The hotel has a bar with experienced bar tenders. FINGER LICKING food. Hotel has good initiative of reducing plastic waste. First ever hotel I experienced. Good job team. From outside it seems congested but the hotel is spacious enough and rooms too are spacious.

Beware of Paid reviews: There is lots of paid reviewers have described this hotel as excellent, awesome etc. Read the reviews which are critical as they actually described the hotels. Location: It located adjacent to Ranchi railway station. Good location for those who are travelling from railway. The road leading to this hotel is filthy, you can see man urinating against the railway station wall. Google Pictures. The Pictures uploaded in google map and Make my trip is highly edited. Room: Too costly for the amenities they provided in the room. Cramp bathroom. Old fashion room. Room services: Don't expect much. Verdict: The hotel can be used as transit stay for one night only. Don't stay for business or leisure stay.

Hotel Capitol Residency is located at a walking distance from the Ranchi railway station. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are well behaved. Hotel lobby is extremely beautiful with a good seating area and wooden interiors. I stayed in a deluxe room at the hotel. It had top class facilities. Everything about the room was excellent be it interiors, bed linen, bathroom hardware etc. The breakfast was included with our stay. The buffet was delicious. We savoured on most of the things which were being served and nothing disappointed us. The only drawback is that the room service is somewhat slow.

Hotel staff is very supportive specially Ms.shilu shahnawaz. Rooms are not spaceious that is the only concern ..otherwise location and breakfast was good

Hotel is good but there is no parking area. Outer area ia very crowded and full of muncipal waste.
