OYO 73520 The Cennet

Check in at 6.45 AM on 27 Oct 2021 and check out was on next dat on 28 Oct 2021 at 6.32 AM. But plan to check out at 12 PM but the morning male receptionist told have to pay full day price, where as per most of the hotel's policy, there are some Rs. 300/- charge for early check in or late check out. I have filled my name and address in the hotel form at the time of check in but at the time of check out when received invoice my friend's name printed. Requested that male receptionist to chenge it, but he ignored and told not possible. So, this is request to Owner and Manager that please take the correct action against this bad unsocial male receptionist who was there at early morning at 6 AM. He doesn't have any basic manners that how to behave with customers.

The hotel room were good but the negative point was they don't allow outside food and the charge of their own restaurant food is high. And the location of the hotel is not good, it is cheap and local peoples stare at you like nothing, not a good area if you are planning to say with family or couples.

The place was great except for the service which was quite bad. The WiFi didn’t work for the 2 days I stayed there.

Rooms are small but staffs,service,food are all fantastic.
