Hotel Sunny

I checked out of this hotel today. I stayed there for 4 days in 405 room. 405 is pretty large room while other rooms are like pigeon cage. Room condition is ok type. Problem is that the manager Mukesh is over smart. At first he seems to be helpful but once I starts staying at the hotel he tends to ignore our issues. The room has A.C & geyser but the manager/staff switch off the A.C and geyser from outside time to time. I repeatedly inform them about the same & they kept giving excuses. Reception don't bother to pick up the phone. The manager is more interested in pushing his known driver to hire car. He takes commision of 500 for each day for the car you hire from the driver. Better to avoid this hotel.

Rooms were clean and good , but the carpet was a bit dirty atleast in my room and they never replaced it either even after mentioning the issue other than that room was fine. As for service it was quick and good they were providing us and resolving any of our issue very quickly but we had to carry and bring down our luggage ourselves not that it's an issue but maybe to some people that might be a problem. Location is okay if you want to stay near Ranchi junction it's a decent hotel , it's just 10 min away from Ranchi junction, good hotel if you are coming to Ranchi for some business purpose or a quick trip but all the tourist spots are atleast 3-4 hrs journey from the hotel. The staffs were well-behaved and friendly aswell .

Better to avoid even in worst condition!!! Worst hotel ever stayed due to late night check-in. Rooms are just like a cage & there is no space after bed. No ventilation & suffocating rooms. Staff & owner are too rude to even talk properly. We even had to argue with hotel staffs to change cigarette burnt bedspread & pillow covers.

Worst hotel in ranchi ... The hospitality was pathetic.. They committed to give AC hotel in lieu of premium cost but the Ac was not even functioning, moreover the staffs was not professional.

I am visiting your hotel from 2018, before the staff’s we’re really good, but in the recent stay, the old man receptionist’s behavior was really pathetic he is asking for money every-time whenever he saw me, i told him that i don't have cash, take online or you can take the money later on the check out time but he misbehaved with me he is asking money in-front of everyone. If this behaviour continues your hotel will loss customers day by day… because I will never visit your hotel anymore.

Worst service. Worst hospitality. Worst behaviour. Worst customer satisfaction. We are here in the peak summer time and our room is on 5th floor and our AC stopped working midday. It’s been more than 12 hours and they are least bothered that we are having problem to sleep at night and spend the day. And after this they expect us to stay calm and not complain. Suggesting to look for better hotels if you come to Ranchi

First came here during railway recruitment exam 2022 and second time stayed here from 5th March to 14th March 2024. Very nice service of this hotel. This hotel is clean enough - room rates are correct. The hotel staff and owner are very gentleman.
