Chanakya BNR Hotel

The Hotel sits on a huge piece of land right next to the Railway Station. It has loads of open spaces, built in a colonial style it has two massive parks, fountains and a very big parking area. ||With all those open areas it gives you a feeling of a resort more than a hotel in a building. ||The ground level staff is excellent. The top-level management is responsive and reactive to your needs. ||The breakfast lay out is better and tastier than other big Five-star hotels in the city. ||Why almost perfect then you may ask? |Two reasons mainly |One, sadly traffic police in Ranchi does NOT impose the ban on Pressure horns. The buses picking people up from the railway station to their onward journey’s use them with impunity and right from 5 AM onwards, it can be a real disturbance. One wishes that the management takes this up with the traffic police department. |Two, the swimming pool at the hotel is more cosmetic than something that an adult can hope to use. It is because its depth is between 3.5 – 4 feet. Certainly not enough if you are looking to swim to get an exercise. ||Having pointed these issues out I may add that they are not sufficient to keep me from staying here again. I would happily stay here, in fact looking forward to it.

Comfortable stay in chanakya BNR staffs are friendly rooms are very beautiful overall it was nice experience food was very delicious Rooms are clean, well-furnished, and offer basic amenities. While not overly luxurious, they are comfortable and spacious, with many offering views of the sea. The staff is polite, courteous, and always ready to assist, enhancing the overall guest experience.

The staying with chankaya bnr was very amazing.. Excellent and superb Housekeeping service..housekeeping supervisor has very good behavior.to quick service to given mosquito repellent in night and providing room clean very fast. Next time I come Ranchi definitely stay here. Thnks..

We had a Nice comfortable stay. Soni Kumari was great at attending us. My room was 214 which was nice and clean. Loved the hospitality! We will recommend this place to our friends and family. It is located in a nice area which was close to all major areas.

The food is so great. :D Best in Ranchi. Also, the ambience is lovely. My husband and I keep visiting their restaurant. We have also stayed once. The room is also good. The live musician was really cool. Anyone who goes, try their continental and Chinese cuisine.

My recent stay at BNR Chanakya, Ranchi, was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a commendable job throughout my stay. However, the buffet service was extremely disappointing. The buffet counter was mostly empty, and despite requesting refills multiple times, no one seemed to care. We had to wait 45 minutes just to get chapatis. It was evident that the staff was more attentive to walk-in restaurant customers rather than guests who had booked stays inclusive of buffet meals. While the accommodation and housekeeping were satisfactory, the poor buffet service was disheartening.

The staff were exceptionally gracious and well-informed, adding a personal touch that made my stay truly unforgettable. My room offered the ideal harmony of classic charm and contemporary comfort—tastefully designed and thoughtfully equipped. For those in search of a distinctive and enriching escape, I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable hotel.Food ( specifically kadai paneer) was delicious.
