Location - it is very near Ranchi railway station. We walked and reached there with the help of a Google map. The road is just straight. No confusion. Rooms - Very good , spacious, a big and clean washroom just impressed us. The window AC, TV , cupboard, telecom were the other amenities. Service - very good. We told them that we will arrive early in the morning. So we got the room accordingly, no tantrums. All types of payment are accepted. The price is very reasonable according to us. Will recommend!

Rooms are good but when we went, there was some cigarette smell all over the place. Had to ask for the room freshner. Service is also generally good but they didn't provide any room service for us (like providing bathing kit and drinking water).

I have mainly selected this hotel based on Google reviews, though i have booked it on make my trip. Price: very competitive price. Our hotel price was Rs. 2000 per night double bed. I feel location and room sizes wise, this is very pocker friendly. Place: excellent location because of very close proximity (250 meters) from Ranchi railway station. Services: SUPER excellent!!! It was beyond my imagination. So prompt, courteous, and always take extra calls/ efforts to sevice guests. Thank you guys. Only one pointer is about early checkin policy. As per MMT, check time is 12 noon. Our train Kriyajoga express reached Ranchi 535 am. We checkin 6 am, hence we need to pay early check price. But you can directly check with them. They are very flexible and accomodating sometimes. Another point, there is no in-house fooding facility. But they provide super excellent food services, they can provide outside food from good restaurant at reasonable rate. My overall experience is 6/5.

I am in sales profession & staying in this hotel for last 3 years. I am fully satisfied with this hotel due to spacious room, cleanliness and good service. The staff are very co-operative & render prompt service 24 hrs. The location is also very good due to Ranchi railway stn is only 3 mnts by walk. The only thing the hotel should be equipped with own kitchen though they bring the food as per need.
