Hotel The Blossom

Rooms are extremely dirty, poorly maintained interior and worse room service. No kitchen / resturant not even complementary drinking water. The owner and staff are very professional The location is decent, near the railway station.

We two husband and wife are senior citizens. We checked in this hotel 19th and 20th December and 24th December 2024. My Mrs was not well physically the manager behaves very roughly with us and she was she was unfit for his behaviour the bed sheet was not clean at all. but we to never asked them because they are behaviour .

I had a highly disappointing experience during my stay. The manager's behavior was unprofessional, the service was very bad, and the rooms were much smaller than expected. To make matters worse, my headphones went missing, which raises serious concerns about the security and trustworthiness of the staff.

Walking distance from station. Rooms are small but ok at this price. I will give 4.5 star for hotel staff behaviour. Our car was being cancelled at last moment from travellers. Hotel staff ask the matter & provide us car contacts, also allowed us a room to wait for car. In an unknown city, this gesture is really appreciable

I decided to stay at Hotel Bliss in Ranchi with my family from 15th August to 17th August, 2024. But unfortunately, the service, the rooms and the behaviour of owner as well as staff- in a word everything disappointed us. First of all, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty. AC not working properly, water are dropping out from roof. They told us to shift with lots of harrasment at night at their another hotel, belongs to same owner named Hotel Blossoms, located at Gurudwara side lane. Same problem there too. AC not working, when reported they just reduced Rs.100/- per day basis for AC. The path to the hotel Blossoms are dirty, same as the situation of the hotel. Bathrooms, Rooms are smelling bad, dirty. I suggest and request to the people who are wishing to stay here, dont make a choice here with your family. Every family was complaining and shouting at reception. Make sure not to stay here.

Third class hotel I am stay this hotel, and manager behavior very bad, he is very bad person. I recommend many people don't stay this hotel, and manager behavior very roughly.

This hotel is situated near Ranchi Railway station at the Gurudwara lane. They have both double Deb and four-bed rooms here. the rooms are a little small when 3 or 4 persons are staying in the same. The for-bed room where, we 3 people stayed was not well maintained. There were broken edges of the ceiling which was not all looking safe. The room does not have any open windows, there are two windows in the rooms which directly link the washrooms ventilations of the adjacent rooms and hence it was heavily stinky. There are matchsticks and dirt everywhere near the window area. The worst part was the washroom which was very small and extremely stinky. In spite of repeated use of room freshener and body sprays the stinky smell was not disappearing as it was coming directly from the wash basin. We found a living earthworm on the basin which was really annoying. After repeated requests, the room was cleaned but not to make much difference unfortunately. The pillow covers were not very clean and the cotton was coming out of the same. There were nasty gutkha marks on the stairs which were nauseating. The room intercom was dead and we had to call through our mobile phone every time. There was no wifi facility in our room however that was mentioned in our package while booking online. There is no in room dining service available in this hotel, however adjacent only there are many hotels to manage food for breakfast to dinner. There was a single house keeping guy who was working hard to maintain all the requests but it was really difficult for him. Management should pay immediate attention to fix all these issues to maintain goodwill.
