Hotel Sunny

They are very Helpful. I had to stay one night in Hotel Sunny for my SSC exam and I saw their room which was ecstatic and it was neat and clean. Their Bathroom was excellent, if anyone comes Ranchi, they can stay at Hotel Sunny which is just 3 minutes away from Ranchi Junction. For this One night I had to pay Rs/-1080(A.C.Room).

The owner and manager's behavior was the worst — they have no manners or professionalism while speaking. They do not keep their word, whether it's about service or pricing. When we went out, they took our room keys but they didn’t clean the room. One time, we returned an hour late and needed to check out. I requested them to accept some extra charges and allow a late checkout, but instead, they threatened us — demanding full 24-hour payment or they wouldn’t return the room keys so we could collect our luggage. I had to go to the police station, and only after their intervention they handed over the keys. This was the worst experience of my life!

The managers of the hotel are very rude and misbehaves with the woman. No reliability or validation of their own words and price of rooms. Hotel is good but not safe for students specially women. Do not recommend to live there. They don't know how to talk.

Great stay. Room was clean. Room service was good. Hotel staff behaviour was good. Food was a bit expensive but tasty Naan was not good. Location is great if you want to catch any train or want to visit market. Overall good experience.

You get decent rooms...but I think price is little high...it can be within 1k but it is 1200 for non AC room

Very bad hotel,I stayed at this hotel with my family, I stayed for 1 day and a few hours. So I thought I would pay for 1 day or 1 and a half.But they say we have to pay 2 days rent. Okay, I paid 2 days rent but they treated us very badly. Even their said "don't talk if you don't know anything about hotel things", "just leave from here", "don't came to this hotel from next time ". And ofcourse their stuffs are so rudely and disrespectful. And one more thing if we ask for one plate or mug, their giving us duty plate and mug. And even we are 4 people but their give us 2 single bed room.. it's was very uncomfortable

I am currently staying in this hotel, hotel is too good and cleanliness is also good, all staffs behavior is also good but one staff who is receptionist and his name is Bhagat Mahato his behavior is too rude even he doesn't know how to talk politely...And interestingly he said to me that " Aap yaha reh rhe ho iska Mtlb ye nhi ki hotel aapka ho gya " ☺ omg! He is so awkward....Bhagwaan bhala kre tera 🙏
