Pathetic, dont go if You wanna be healthy and not have stomach issues. Flush doesn't work, front office staff r helpful, worst breakfast, stale food, 3 days old sambhar given, smell of vomit was coming. Poor management...cautious! You have been warned, waste of money and mood, the restaurant person was unintrested in serving guest, (afternoon shift person) he was always making faces at us when we were ordering.chiiiii

No hot water in bathroom, bed not comfortable..|As per manager our room was free upgraded but the room quality doesn't look like upgraded one.. no tea, coffee sachets in room which are basic amenities..|Breakfast: very poor, no coffee option, no juice, no fruits even egg were boiled on request n the waiter was serving in plates by holding them in bare hands (very unhygienic), even they r not using amul butter, using some local yellow butter.. I think all positive reviews Herr r fake..

I booked for a business trip|| I would highly recommend this property to those who are travelling for business, solo and family trips. The staff are very friendly , very charming. Breakfast quality is good. Room ambience is good. I would definitely book again if I get a chance to visit Ranchi again.

I love the entire stay. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here and staff were very helpful. Food is very hygiene and service is amazing. Breakfast have buffet service. Would definitely recommend everyone to come and stay here and have a delightful experience. It is like a home away from home

It was booking for a marriage recently and I would say, it was outstanding event. Hotel staffs are very friendly and good at hospitality. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food was delicious. Reception boy was at service whenever called. Highly recommended for marriage events, and stay.
