Worst hotel I have ever visited rooms are worst 👎 and I have booked from oyo they charge me extra 400 cash while checkin and I complained against them They just denied and aad it to my food charges and didn't gave me the bill and the most weird thing is that i reached late and they already checkin my room and give it to a another couple.............. And I have to wait 2 hours in their lobby.....

Worst experience of my life, it was a very unpleasant hotel, the room was tidy and i suggest not to go there at any cost .

The service was fine, the location is also good. There was no problem in reaching. But the room is very small, as if they have made it keeping in mind the work for which oyo is infamous for being booked. 😄 We felt like we were overcharged for the room and service, We booked for ₹1062 . The walls of the room were also dirty... ₹ 200 was taken as security money at the time of check in from us, which was given back at the time of check out. The AC was on, because of the small room, you get only one fan, which is a small wall-mounted one. The tv was not working. There is no separate parking facility, you have to park the bike outside on the side of the road. Thank you 🙏🏻 Please like in helpfull 😊

If there would have minus star, i would have given that too. Worst hotel in ranchi. During check in they will ask for ₹500 as a security deposit, during check out they will ask you to give them 5 star rating, if you deny to pay they will not return your security deposit, and will tell you rudely to leave. They don’t have even basic amenities, not even door mat. It was worst stay in any hotel. Very arrogant owner misbehaves with girls.

Rude and offensive behavior by the Male receptionist. We had booked a room at TukTuk palace by AGODA and when we went there the receptionist had not given us the Room. We have raised the complaint to the AGODA support but the disgusting thing was that the Male receptionist started using offensive words and misbehaved with us. After being on call with AGODA support person till 45 minutes, they also not given me the proper resolution. Ultimately, I have asked AGODA support to cancel the booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL and his online service provider company AGODA. Pls stay away from them if you don't want to face rude behavior from the staff.

The manager's behavior was appalling; they were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing any of the issues .

I went to this oyo hotel, the arrangement here is not good! At first the room was not clean and there were lots of hairs scattered all over the bed! Even the wall of the room was not good! The bathroom tap was broken, due to which I had a lot of trouble taking a shower! The hair dryer was bad too! There was no recharge in the TV, only the name of the TV was kept! The handwash bottle was empty! I am unhappy with the arrangement of the hotel!
