4 Stars because the place does not have a lift and a kitchen, but we can easily order food online. People with wheelchair cannot access the place. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. Coming to this place, once the market is open, can be very difficult due to the heavy footfall in the market. Overall the place is good.

Aweful and not recommended. Its a lodge concept not recomended When we entered it looked like a lobby with sofa seating but reception is not visible at all. Room and building is new hence looks clean but there is no proper management to upkeep the place. They had signage of oyo but they are not bookable at oyo. I walked in n receptionist in formal was kind enough to show me room options. Finally got one out of 4 which i chose others had cleaning issue. I guess the hotel was not running as the AC was off from main controler, water pressure was worse which took 15 min to fill a standard size bucket. Linen had stain, torn and hair on it. There is no amenity not even a 3 rs soap. Yes they had kept a towel which was as good as wiping cloth with stains. I chose to stay in the hosiptal overnight as i was there accompanying my relative and used the room just for bath. Not at all recommended.

Like seriously, oyo has lost its standards. No hotel guest toilteries provided. The room is okay. The bathroom has not been provided with buckets and mugs, and the western toilet was so dirty. There is no power back up. In 3 hrs of stay power has cut like 2 times for 15-20mins.

Had a disaster to celebrate my Anniversary by visiting this hotel. Never expected to get such a Low standards of services. This hotel doesn't have a Restaurant and staffs never intend to help even to bring a cup of tea. My family had to literally curse me for the decision for booking this hotel. If you ever have to visit this hotel, be prepared to take your family to a tea stall for having a cuppa, and for each meals you will have to take taxi or something to go to a good restaurant, which is at least a kilometer away. Otherwise, you may order Zomato or Swiggy for having food. Don't yet know, if the hotel provides even plates and dishes for having the food. By the way, my wife and sister had to face cockroaches in two rooms, we had booked three rooms for two nights there under OYO booking id FOX22943 . The Wi-Fi had very low signal strength inside rooms and it stopped working randomly now and then. During checkout, no staff came to even carry our luggages from the rooms to our car. The horrible experience will remain forever in our memory.

Took long time approx 2 hour to check in. Some rooms have gyesers and some dont. Staff is not at all cooperative. Thek take phone from you to check order id and give 5 star to themselves. No restaurant in hotel but adjasent to it there is a restaurant. Can order from swiggy or zomato. Room space is ok ok. There were holes in my blanket. Tv is there but no cable connection. Seepage in walls. Staff is annoying. If you dont have any options then only book this hotel.

Fourth grade hotel. Never ever book. We had pre-booked 6 rooms from December 26 to 28 and on the day of check-in they did not allow us entry. The staf was uncooperative. Worst hotel in Ranchi.

It's worst hotel I have visited in the recent past. Room is not clean. Though charging for sanitization, separately. Facilities not adequate. Staffs are neither friendly, nor professional. Above all, not slept for the whole night due to, Plenty of Mosquitos.

Awesome place to stay with family and friends . Rooms are so nice service also very good👍
