Hotel O Upper Bazar formerly RR Residency

So , this was one of the worst experience of my life. Believe me when I say it ,unless you are a teen looking to 'do stuff' do not book here. OYO does not allow to rate so low , hence posting here.Save yourself from horrendous experience. The rooms are not at all maintained , dirtiest bedsheet -stained with whatnot, dirty walls, dirty floor , dirty everything. I don't generally write a review , but I felt a duty towards humanity to do this. A message to the owners : Take this review heads up and work on upgrading the experience .

Booked this hotel through OYO after going through reviews but it seems they all were made up . The staff is non responsive. I wasn't even provided with basic beddings . It's only good if you have different motives, saw many couples frequenting. Overall not worth the price. Suggestions - Always check the rooms first hand before booking or paying. Prepaid should be extremely avoided. Specially avoid room number 205. It's worst. Don't go on the look and feel of the reception. It's only glam and glitter and after that it's all hanky dorry . Th

Room are not clear, with ripped bedcover, bathroom taps are broken light also not working, after completing also no help receive from hotel staff, also room lock also broken, unable to lock from outside.

Fine place if you are staying alone and are on a limited budget. Avoid opting for rooms at the 1st floor as they have damp walls. However cockroaches are a common sight in all rooms. The food specifically is good and tasty..

It is poorly managed and does not even qualifies for Hotel. This hotel has only 3 x 3 size room. It's location is also very interior. This hotel is preferred by boyfriend and girlfriend like people. People come here to have fun. Hotel do not provide towels, drinking water. Rooms do not have any mirror as well. They do not have restaurant and do not serve breakfast. Better be aware. Overall it is very poor OYO property which should not be preferred by decent person and family.

Not so satisfying stay. People make so noise out there. Mostly hired by couples or youngsters to get booze. They have bike parking facility but on your own risk. Staffs ask for tip every time bring anything from kitchen (like tea, water etc.). In house kitchen is available but not so satisfying service. For water or tea they took 1hr time to provide it to the room, even sometimes they forget about the order placed and need to call several times to remind. Also, taste of food from the kitchen is the worst. In hotel you will see several notice - "Outside food is not allowed" but they allow people to bring alcohols and get booze and make noise. Rooms are not so cozy. As usual TV does not work, AC works decently. Overall experience is not so good.

Service was very poor. Staffs are not well trained, responses are very late. Area where the oyo is located is really worst, it is in between the market, people stare you very badly, not good for couples and family, ok for freinds and alone. No cleanliness of room, no gysers, no soap and shampoo given, AC was also not working properly. Overall a Bad Experience.
