5 star quality in service, cleanliness, room service, decor, restaurant.|We stayed between 22-25 Sep 2024, took a club king room. |Experience is as follows :|1. Ms Sonam at the front desk was extremely cooperative & professional, no different from the typical checkin experience at Hilton, JWM, etc. |2. Room was clean & spotless, everything in its place & working to expectation. |3. Restaurant was excellent, we didn't need to go elsewhere for meals. Well made, almost fine dining. Mr Gagan was our server on most occasions.|4. Breakfast in the restaurant was complimentary (Rs 300+taxes otherwise) with the room, and was full course with fresh juices, fruits, South India fare, tea, breads, milkshakes & cereals, sprouts. |5. Room service was prompt & good.|6. Location is excellent, on the main road, just opposite Dmart, next to a hospital & chemist, and general stores within a minute's walk. |7. It has a couple of conference halls on the 1st floor, FYI. We had no need to use them, being an informal visit.||Question of where to stay if we visit Belagavi again, is no longer open, Native Inn is an automatic choice.

I booked the hotel over the call. Once I reached the receptionist doesn’t know the booking. They don’t accept the AMEX card so corporate guys be aware of it before booking. Breakfast - doesn’t have much varieties in all section, unhygienic items, compromise with what they provide. Rooms- not worth for the price, get better options within the city. Check out - inspite of informing they didn’t provide GST bill due to shifting of workers.

Extremely disappointed. I stayed here for 18 nights. And at the time of checkout since my flight was late in the evening, I requested for 2 hrs checkout extension. But even after staying here for 18 nights, they denied. Very disappointed that they didn't accommodate my small request even after staying there for 3 weeks. They are in hospitality industry and can't accommodate a small request. Plus the in dining menu is very limited. It takes 1hr+ to get the order. 2 times they forgot my order, and I waited for 50-60 minutes. Won't be recommending this to anyone!

The hotel is at a strategic location. This makes the business trips convenient. The rooms are clean and comfy. ||The staffs are courteous and helpful. (Especially Ms Sonam).||The checkin check-out process is simple and quick. ||The food is ok. Nice stay. Recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and unfortunately, my experience was not as good as I had hoped. While the hotel itself is decent and the rooms are fine, there were several issues during my stay. From day 1, the TV in my room was not working. Despite multiple calls to reception, no one came to resolve the issue, and it has now been 3 days with no solution. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, which added to the discomfort.The location is not ideal, being close to a railway station, which means constant noise from trains throughout the day and night. It is also far from the main market area, making it inconvenient to access shops or restaurants.The food options are limited, and delivery takes more than 30 minutes, which can be frustrating. To add to the list of disappointments, there were no towels available due to a laundry issue. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The service and amenities fall short of expectations.

The rooms were clean and hygienic. Food was tasty. Complimentary breakfast was good. Location ideal along the highway, walkable distance from dmart. Hotel has its own basement parking . Wfi available. All Staff are polite. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would certainly like to visit again. Ms.Sonam thank you for the assistance.

Rooms are smelly and dirty. You can hear anyone flushing their toilet from the room. And the sewage smell becomes intolerable at night especially in the bathroom. We came here for a wedding. Alloting rooms to us was delayed by 4 hours and when asked for a 2 hour extension on checkout, the manager vehemently denied and was extremely rude and unpleasant. They locked us out of our rooms by deactivating our key cards and this was after us being on time for checkout. We literally rushed out of the wedding to make the checkout time. Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here.

I chose this hotel for a family stay! They were super accommodating and kind. We shared 2 club rooms. The rooms are spacious, accommodating and the bathroom is good too. For my family one of the main concern is breakfast, and that was so good, they have eggs and dosa to order. As for the English side of breakfast, we have fruits, yogurt, potatoes and peas, baked beans and toast. For the Indian side of breakfast, they had idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, poha, tomato rice, and more! The rooms were good, the washrooms are decent, could be better, but for general cleanliness it was better than expected! The staff are kind, and helpful! They have a restaurant at the bottom and a rooftop lounge, both of which were really good! If you are confused, I would suggest go with this option, it’s good and great value for money!
