Central A Boutique Hotel

A class hotel, worthy of the tarif you pay. My friends had stayed there a couple of days back. The rooms are sufficiently big and neat. The rooms are very clean and maintained very well. The passages are well lit and clean. We went to the fifth floor to their Bar and restaurant. Found lot of ladies and kuds, think they had a kitty or birthday. The music was being played at a very loud volume, so we decided to have food else where. Parking is from the side of hotel and just about sufficient. Apart from the music played here, the hotel is very good and highly recommended.

I rarely post reviews but I am posting this review on Google as there is a very high possibility that the hotel will get my negative review on make my trip removed & they called me today(19th October 2024) to hint that they will do so. So I assume most of their so called high ratings & reviews on trip & hotel booking websites are either fake or negative reviews are deleted. Location, Rooms , Restaurant and resultant staff are all good and no issues. The Front Desk personnel/workers and security guards require training and basic professionalism. 1. Front desk personnel gave false information that accommodation for drivers is available on premises over phone and on reaching there was no such amenity. 2. On asking for basic help such as directions or even an umbrella , all the front desk workers didn’t even bother or respond and just redirected to security guard- who in turn was least interested. 3. On check out , none of the hotel employees even assisted or offered us to load our 8bags into our car. 4. Special training is required to the front desk worker - thin built person with spectacles as he was arrogant for no reason towards us throughout our brief stay of 12 hours.

All reviews here are paid ones this hotel is not at all deserved to get single star. The staffs are so rude and negligent. They need rigorous training pertaining to hospitality. I don't recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotel in belgavi.I would like to stay in this hotel whenever I visit Belagavi.Front office staff Mr Rahul is so Humble and polite.

Booked this so-called Boutique hotel for a night and had an unpleasant experience. The hotel is very poorly maintained for the price charged. The room was not fully ready at the time of check-in, even with prior notice. The bedsheets and towels were stained and dirty. Didn't get the towels until later in the evening claiming that it was still in laundry. There was an alarming number of mosquitos in the rooms and dining area - no action taken despite multiple complaints. The only positive is their central location and the decent quality of food served in the restaurant. Would not recommend this hotel as a first choice.

This hotel has set a great benchmark in hospitality. The staff were extremely courteous with good listening skills and responded to my requests quickly. The room service and the service at the restaurant was excellent. They managed many guests efficiently. The room was clean and tidy with a large TV. We had got the smallest of all rooms and maybe because of that the bathroom was a bit congested. However, it was very clean. The only minus point was the air conditioning. The air was blowing strong and directed towards the bed. It takes more than 30 minutes for the temperature changes to take effect. There are many eateries and other shops nearby. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and this is the benchmark that I will use to rate any other hotel charging a similar rate.

We wanted to check-in for a night at this hotel and confirmed the availability of the rooms online. My husband went in to check the rooms. There were empty rooms but when he came to the reception the manager at the front desk was extremely rude and closed availablity online. If you don't want online business, kindly don't advertise your hotel on travel portals. |Kindly teach your staff manners. He refused to let the booking happen despite being requested that there are small kids traveling with us.
