NillIt was a good experience to stay at this hotel. The person at reception was polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and good. They serve buffet brekfast with South Indian menu. It was tasty. For lunch and dinner there are good options of veg and non-veg as well as permit rooms hotels around within 500 mtrs of radius. They have a common gated open parking space opposite hotel. The parking charges are borne by the hotel.

NillTerrible Experience at Treebo Elite Residency - Unjustified Charges and Poor Service I had the most disappointing experience at Treebo Elite Residency, and I feel compelled to warn others about the poor treatment and hidden charges that make this place a complete rip-off. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Despite arriving a few hours earlier than the check-in time, I was charged an additional fee for early check-in, which felt like an unnecessary and unfair surcharge. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels, but I’ve never been subjected to this kind of blatant money grab. To make matters worse, the cancellation policy is outrageously rigid and designed to take advantage of customers. I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected change in plans, but even though I informed them well within the allowed time frame, I was still penalized with a hefty cancellation fee. The hotel didn’t even attempt to accommodate my situation or offer any flexibility, showing a complete lack of empathy. The overall experience was extremely frustrating, and it’s clear that Treebo Elite Residency is more focused on squeezing every extra penny out of their guests than providing a pleasant stay. The staff were indifferent, and the added charges for every little thing left a sour taste. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking with this chain. They should be ashamed of their poor customer service and unfair pricing practices.

NillThe oxygen level in the room feels quite low. Despite having windows, they face pipes and walls, so there's no access to fresh air. The room itself is good, and the toilet is clean and well-maintained. However, even though the air conditioner is set to 16°C, it feels more like 27°C to 28°C. The room service is subpar—after several requests, they finally restocked the tea, sugar, and dental kit, which should have been provided during check-in. This experience falls short of the usual Treebo standards. Getting to the restaurant is another challenge, as the layout feels disjointed, almost like navigating through a puzzle. The hotel lacks dedicated parking, and the available parking is diagonally opposite in a common facility. Navigating with luggage, especially during peak times, can be quite difficult. Additionally, if you need to retrieve anything from your car late at night or early in the morning, it's a frustrating experience.

NillLousy stay, very bad breakfast. Mentioned that eggs are to order, but didn't provide. Broken bathroom fixtures. Ac doesnt work. Geyser didnt have hot water. Wifi was getting installed, so no coverage. Frequent power cuts made sleeping very difficult. Near a very noisy street. Waste of money, dont book.

NillThe manager is a rude brute. Rooms are nice but the price could have been lesser, and they offer a good complimentary breakfast.
