The hotel is less than a year old, everything seems brand new, everything, every gadget, every switch snd panel works and is totally up to date. I don’t get this in 5 star hotels in India. The climate control rarely works. Here it was very user friendly and worked. |The staff was refreshingly efficient and ready to welcome travellers from any culture and country ||Finally, their breakfast and dinner buffet were as fresh and solid as anywhere else. ||I was so impressed with their dishes that I wanted to meet and complement the chef but missed him. |It might seem like an over statement, but the dishes were as good as any anywhere in the world. The malabar fish curry was memorable, with big chunks of white fish in an eclectic non-hot curry. |If you want a clean, comfortable, peaceful, pleasant, convenient, no hassle, no frills place with great food near Bengaluru’s electronic city, don’t think twice. ||The Worldly, from New Jersey

Good location , cozy rooms. But but but the staffs in the buffet are ARRRROOOOGGGAAAAANT (when asked their names to be mentioned in review they didn't even tell quoting it as company policy to not wear name badges). We have booked a total of 30 rooms whilst we were midway during dinner they removed all the food in the counter saying it's over by 10:30 when it was just 10:32 . "If you need more food pay more ". Holiday inn HOSTEL suits a better name than holiday inn hotel.Overall I had total a mixed vibe because of the hostile hospitality. Would I recommend "No", better try BLOOM SUITES those guys are on point with everything from service to infra to pricing and not that far from Holiday Inn .

I've Been on holiday inn for week, it was Business trip. Staff was very kind and available. Chukhu was the main staff membre to serve me and was the best staff i'v been met during my trip. Very good english language and very trustable person. I feel like at home with Chukhu at holiday inn.

Rating: 4/5 I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Bommasandra, an IHG Hotel, and had a good overall experience. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though they are a bit compact. The service was efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast, while tasty, could use more variety in the menu especially on non-vegetarian items to cater to different preferences. Also, it would be great if breakfast could be ready by 7:00 AM instead of 7:30 AM to accommodate guests who have early business or official meetings. The hotel offers decent facilities for business travelers, including a high-speed Wi-Fi, making it a comfortable stay. Limited toiletries are available in the room, but additional items can be requested from housekeeping if needed. With a few improvements, it would be an even better option for business trips.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, and overall, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. Room service was efficient and quick, which was definitely a plus. The food buffet offered was good in terms of quality and taste, but the variety was quite limited. After 2-3 days, the options started to feel repetitive, which was a bit disappointing for a longer stay. One major downside was the gym facility. It was very small, with minimal equipment, and there was no pool available, which was a letdown. Additionally, the laundry services were quite limited, with only two washing machines available for the entire hotel, which created delays. Overall, it's a good hotel if you're looking for a short stay, but for longer stays, some of these limitations can be frustrating.

I rarely write reviews, but after an extremely unpleasant experience, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. While the hotel is decent in terms of basic accommodation, I had a very disappointing experience with the restaurant and in-room dining services. It felt as though the staff had little regard for guest needs. If you’re traveling with children, are unwell, or expecting, I would advise avoiding this hotel. The lack of support from the staff in accommodating meal requests after 10:30 p.m. was concerning. I strongly recommend the hotel consider offering late-night food options to avoid guests having to rely on outside food during late hours. This would significantly improve the guest experience.

The room is okay and comfortable.||||1. Kindly change your TV sets to smart tv so that we can be able to watch international stations.||2. Study table is a little bit small and low...||3. Your laundry form says we take clothes to the reception... why not just leave them in the room? Ammend the form maybe?||4.
