1. Food is really good. 2. Meeting area space is good. 3. Arrangements are good. 4. The rooms are very nice and family friendly. 5.Ac water is falling inside the conventional hall. 6. The toilet is too small. 7. Plug points are not working. 8. Bike parking is very small.

I have stayed here for almost 9 Days and my experience was awesome as it’s situated near my Office as well as near to Dmart, KFC & Domino’s with Pick & Drop Service from Hotel. Staffs are very friendly & Food is awesome in Breakfast and Dinner. Full North South Blend in the Food Buffet. You will have no complaints about the Service. Price is very reasonable as compared to other hotels nearby. * This is not a paid Review totally Personal views on my Stay Experience.

Had stayed at this property which was for a night and below are the key pointers 1. Decent budget stay with ample spacious rooms 2. The hotel is on the highway which is very accessible in Electronic City 3. The checkin was smooth as the paper work was kept ready. Excellent 👍 4. The room comes with basic amenities and a mini bar for pay per use 5. It has a restaurant at ground floor which serves buffet food and the taste is ok 6. It has a bar too on the ground floor

Please don't fall for the trap they commit during event confirmation. Food plates counting misleads to unnecessary talks and no peace after function. Frustrated after ceremony and blackmail by manager for unnecessary reasons. I appreciate the food taste but the function hall had few cockroaches and insects.. The rooms service had some flaws like water was not coming and lights were not working

Staff and services are excellent. Specially I love the food and varieties offered by Chief Jahir .He is Very cooperative and always ready to serve customers with his best efforts and taste.. Everyone should visit this Hotel !!!

We had the breakfast buffet. At a total of 314 (cue the Pi joke), the spread is fabulous. 3 juices, cereals, chhola bhatura, uthhapam, fruits, croissant, donut, baked beans, oats, etc. Loved the omelette, the chhola bhatura, and the full spread! So much personal attention, chef Azhar took time to actually speak with us, even enquire about our lives a bit while helping with our selection. The waters patiently answered all our queries and accommodated our request for warmed croissants and black coffee with a smile! You guys offer a fabulous service at your price point!

My stay at Southend by TGI, Bommasandra was fantastic! We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. It is located near Electronic City. The staffs were attentive, soft spoken and were very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A locker was available in the closet that could be programmed. I could safely leave my valuables and gadgets in the locker. I am impressed by the service provided by the Reception staffs, Restaurant staffs and Housekeeping staffs. I am impressed with The Frontdesk Team how they helped me handling my parcels I have ordered online in my absence as well.

Southend By TGI is the best hotel to stay if anyone visits Bommasandra Industrial Area for official work. It’s very convenient and service, foods, cleanliness and facilities are excellent. The staff is very friendly and serves to the customer at best level. I always stay in this hotel and highly recommend. Keep it up.
