We went around 10.pm in Sunday Almost all dishes empty. We order, biriyani, kabab biriyani, chicken noodles, chiken masala,naan, panner masala, all are spicy . Less staffs . And no free water

I have very worst experience in this hotel, the room and bathroom not clean and hygiene the wall,bed everthing cleanless. Never ever try to visit this hotel.

Rooms are too old. Room service & restaurant are OK. Rasonable room rent. Bommasandra & electronic City industrial areas are nearby. Some restaurants are available nearby.

Firstly, the room was unclean. There was visible dust, the whole room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and there were stains on the sheets. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the shower, and the towels provided had unpleasant odors. Secondly, the room felt unsafe for family/ladies. The door lock was flimsy and didn’t provide a sense of security. The doors did not lock properly. The lighting in the hallways & room was so dim, which only added to the sense of insecurity. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my stay. Cleanliness and safety are basic expectations for any hotel, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet those standards.

Horrible experience.. 1. Toilet hygiene is worse than a bus stand public bathroom 2. Food gave heartburn and spoiled stomach 3. Bed covers filled with stains, god only knows how long they have been without a wash 4. Toilet flush not working, heater not working, tv not working 5. Bathroom size is way too small, even for me a skinny person. It will be a challenge even to stand, for thick people. Totally it was a nightmare. Room rent is not cheap they charge well but the maintenance is pathetic. Avoid this place at any cost.

Worst hotel chicken biriyani is taken from other hotel, chicken tandoori and kalmi was made long time, chicken was spoiled. Worth less food

Hygienic, not too expensive, but few dishes too spicy. Have visited multiple times the restaurant and has food. Most of the times it's good. Small issues like they didn't give gravy when I got a parcel, once they gave a different biriyani etc They can definitely improvise on them to reach to a 4 or 5 Star.

We went as a family. Neat and clean place. Servers took good care of our table. Food was a surprise. Our son liked it too ! Serving the sulemani tea was a nice gesture in the end. It wasn't available when we asked initially. Definitely worth a try.
