The hotel's surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, with lush greenery and serene views. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, always ready to help. room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options.

Serving staff are well behaved. Person who takes order, need to learn some courtesy. His rudeness is unacceptable, I have seen the same person in last few months, he is always irritated. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers. We go taking guests...only to get humiliated by him in front of guests. Food is also not great recently. Last week I also had a mild food poisoning.

Good place if you want to have a quick beer over a football or cricket match. It runs hefty of offers during the match season. Food is good and price is Allright for the ambience it has. All outdoor dining and bar area. It also has a designated family section smokers zone and a cafe for quick bite and coffee. Items missing Brewed beer Continental dishes

Today on 20th nov we went to rk gardenia for dinner. Some other college students around 20+ people came as a group and they are disgusting. They are shouting signings sounds loudly . I raised complaint for more than 5times to the staff and manager over there. They were not so responsible for anything happening there. Most of the people who came where left without ordering food due to the neausce created by that students.we sat there for 1 hr but they were unable to control them. We went there for peace and have some beautiful time with family. But finally ended with frustration. If such people comes then management should talk to them and control such nonsense

Rooms are comfortable and staff is very helpful. After so many years and staying in 100+ hotels I met one person name Mr. Nishith who knows what is the meaning of hospitality. RK gardenia stay experience is enhanced because of his service and dedication in such age. God bless him. So much to learn from this man specially professionalism.

Hi, Strongly recommending not to go to RK Gardenia restaurant for having food. Restaurant management need to train their managers how to handle customers. I have visited RK Gardenia first time thru my friend reference but I really got frustrated with restaurant manager behaviour and there response. He just keep saying not possible for any additional instructions for any dish. Thanks
