OYO 15430 Sagar Comforts

This is very good hotel for single and with family also.This maintain clean and hygiene inside and outside the room.this place is also peaceful and the staff including receptionist is very cooperative.

The least possible review. This is specifically for being rude and non courteous despite being in Hospitality field. A straight denial for accepting the online payment mode and accepting a booking made on the app. They also asked the guests to pay an amount which was almost double the amount what was paid on the Oyo app. While all this take place at 10.30 night, they also don't listen to Oyo team and says pay cash and check in or else walk out. Why would you list your property with Oyo if you're not willing to honour the bookings. And for Oyo, who does the validation of such properties who block your client's entry near to midnight which makes them stranded on the road for no fault of theirs. Get a property which can honour your commitment to a customer and not ask them to leave. So everyone, don't book this hotel unless you want to have this guy's demanding extra money and only payment to the hotel.

Went there with a e_copy of my Aadhar card. They did not accept it even after Oyo intervened and told them I was a regular customer. I understand security. But without common sense you will only lose customers.

I went through oyo rooms but they were not accepting the online payment which I have already paid in oyo rooms. I've to pay extra to them then only they booked my room. Very bad experience. Otherwise room is good.

I went through Oyo rooms, but they denied service. When I paid separately then they provided room. Except this initial experience, other things are fine

I would suggest to not choose this hotel better go for Oyo town house nearby this hotel. Bad hospitality, poor maintenance, staff doesn't behave humble, Not accepting online payments, Rooms are lavish with a poor ambiance.

I visited the place once the place was nice and good but here the water was in sufficient due to that they supply water with watertanks so mind it and choose your beautiful house. The rent is between 8k to 10k.
