Behaviour was very rude. I had done booking with Goibibo. When I was extending they charged me more and said we will not accept any booking from portal. Very very rude and crude behaviour. At checkout despite not having a guest were asking for extra charges for 30 mins also in ridiculous manner.

I wish I could rate it in minus, the worst hotel I have ever ever seen in Bangalore. Pros- 1.Absolutely nothing other than being close to Reva university. Cons- 1.Worst behaviour of the staff ,rude egoistic. 2.Worst room 3.lifts doesn't work and rooms are on 4th floors. 4.water is charged 25 rs for one bottle, other hotels in same prices atleast provide a bottle of water. 5.area is not so good. 6.Ac and water heater doesn't work. While booking on app price was different and while reaching he demanded more money and said that online booking is not applicable, but we definitely didn't pay anything extra. Rather than saying sorry here , learn some manners and behaviour and improve the service. Not doing all nonsense and saying sorry on Google reviews.

The room that i checked in was dirty , the washrooms were dirty too! The price i paid and the service i got was not satisfactory. A litre bottle of water is 25 INR which shouldn't be the case , they shouldn't charge extra for anything..

The water wasn't available even after we informed and the room had a few damages. The room was conjested and there was no space to walk.

Horrible experience, they have taken the booking online but I have reaching the hotel there demanded more money. After talking with customer service executive from OYO, finally I had to search for another hotel on my own. Neither OYO nor KN residency helped me.

Reception charged extra for the stay. They denied checkin if the amount was not paid. This was a business trip with a planned budget, demanding extra amount at checkin denying the stay for a prepaid booking is a pain and inconvenience. Oyo, as brand should make note of this and make proper arrangements with the hotel. Taking care of your customers satisfaction should be the top most priority of Oyo and the partner hotel. Hope this issue is resolved in the future. Btw, I was charged an extra amount Rs. 850

According to money it's not at all worthy.. bedsheets were dirty with blood Mark, foot prints... After changing also it was dirty only.. and staff n manager behaviour was also rude...
