Very unprofessional hotel management. I had a confirmed booking but was denied check-in after 9 PM, even though this restriction was never mentioned during booking. Hiding such an important policy and informing customers at the last moment is unacceptable. Poor communication, zero accountability, and terrible customer handling. Would not recommend.

Extremely horrible experience. Got locked inside twice. They have automated gates and we weren't able to go out on time.
