Hotel Foxglove International

Worst rooms. Torn bedsheets, smelly and not properly maintained rooms. AC not working properly. Front desk is not polite to customers. Complimentary breakfast is just name sake. Horrible food. Management is rude and not cooperative. Better to stay somewhere else than to stay in this hotel.

Very bad service... Houskeeping-Staff was not interested to serve, they clean room only on checkout, They provide you food order from someone else plate, half eaten and wrapped, to hide it from you... Food order at room is almost double the price of food at restaurant, which just besides the hotel and their own venture. Empty soap dispensers etc. etc.

No proper response & support for billing and invoice preparation for corporate employees. They will not allow us to contact their higher authority to fix the issue. good stay but poor service

Well situated, 4 kms from KTPO, close to xerox shop & vishal mega mart. Also has metro station close by Staff is very helpful & we had some issue with some smell, which we informed to the owner in the morning and by evening the issue was solved. Never seen a hotel take feedback & improve at this speed. Very helpful, will definitely stay here whenever I’m in banglore

The main advantage is location. It's easy to get cabs, or access public transport from this hotel. The rooms were average in terms of cleanliness, room service, noise, room condition, condition of toilets, etc. There is a bar upstairs of the hotel rooms who play super loud music till midnight. Even after continuous requests to reception, the bar didn't reduce the volume of loud music till 12:40 pm. Overall, the experience was average and the noise issue didn't allow us to sleep till mid night. The common areas had strong cigarette smell outside the rooms.

I m writing as soon as after checking in.. I reached the hotel at 6 am with a prior phone booking still the person in reception said nothing is seen on the booking.. even i checked with the person multiple times for the booking reference and the lady said no need of anything.. thats where my first impression lost about the hotel... After checking in I could see that room was not cleaned properly and upon my request they changed the room even that room has the tea stains on the table... Totally I feel the hotel is not good for families.. bachelor n others who prefer acceptance of untidy can go .. I doubt about the 5 rating reviews made on this property.... So , i suggest not to take chance....

No proper response chefs and billing person they are shown attitude..and very poor service.. i order first and after 3 order come.they prepared and given three orders over.. then haif hours later they give my order..it's very very very bad service .. i request to owner please take the action?..
