My nephew parents had come to do admission and stayed for 2 days. The bed is all damaged to the extent that spring has come out, no clean room and no maintenance. Even after informing front desk about 12 checkout he demanded 1000 extra and made us to pay 500. Rood Behavior.

We got the double bedded Non AC room for 1300 INR and they were asking 200 more for the Air-conditioned room, which was earlier taken by me but the fact is most of the guests have the same problem, the Air-conditioners were not working properly. Anyways the best part is the location and the worst was the condition of the room ( damp walls) but too spacious compared to the other ones nearby. Bathroom was also okay. But you can take it if the location suits you and you're looking for a budget stay

The location is good, the metro is within 2km. There are many eateries and markets around the place. It is a budget hotel good for a 1 or 2 day stay. The sheets had some stains even after washing. I stayed there for 10 days, after 2 or 3 days cockroaches started coming to the bathroom. Wifi was not working and it was not rectified even after multiple complaints. Service was average. Overall, a good budget stay if you get it for 1k per day. We got an ac room for this price hence i would rate 3.5 .

Rooms not maintained at all, no place for parking. Person at counter was always smiling and helpful. Lot to improve.

I was prebooked last week with family functions for Check-in at 10AM.. when I reached 11AM and asked the room "sir rooms are not available" wait for in another 2 hours... Think before you going here...

Dears, Better to avoid this regency. No parking facilities, Electrical switches are fully damaged. Door is not locked properly. Power cut problem is the major issue and there is no proper UPS or generator back up. Too much cost. Rs.1500 for double bed. And Rs.300 extra for a floor bed. If it is AC rooms means Rs.2200. Good things are clean room,good water facilities(hot water also),Large bathrooms.Good TV and channels,sofa sets, cupboards, clean bathroom. So it's upto your wishes whether to stay or to avoid. Thank you.
