checked the reviews before booking, and they were already bad—and it turns out they were true. The hotel and rooms looked decent in photos, but in reality, there was no running water, the flush didn’t work, and the reception phone was useless—no one answered, and it didn’t even work. booked the room mainly to take a shower and get some rest before my flight—but ended up boarding without even bathing. That was the whole point of booking the room

Horrible condition of property, staff is unprofessional, beds sheets stained with blood lipstick stains worn out torn bedsheets cockroaches in the room washrooms are worst than railway stations and bus stations. Acs not working rooms are really filthy.

Since there is no 0 star im going with 1. Around 1 year before ( sept 2024) i stayed here that time it was okish but now last week when i stayed its like the worst worst. Room are filled with 100’s of cockroaches ( im not even exaggerating ). When i opened shower baby cockroaches were falling like rain. Bed is dirties pillow. Washroom flush is not working. Since it was late night check out and went with family so couldn’t able to do anything. And one more thing while we were trying to checking in, one incident happened made it to feel that it might not be a property where you can take family.

This 3-star hotel truly delivers a 1-star experience! The washrooms were dirty, and the rooms were dim and stuffy, with barely any natural sunlight. They didn’t provide even the basic amenities like shampoo, hair oil, a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, or soap. The lack of care and attention to detail was shocking, and it’s clear they’re far from competing with other hotels. Definitely not a place to stay, especially with family—highly disappointing!

Had a very bad experience throughout the stay. The receptionist was not very helpful / responsive. Stinky room.AC and Water faucets were all broken. Water was dripping from AC. Asked for cloth to wipe the water that was dripping from the Ac but they dint provide and asked to keep the only bucket from bathroom.

Team One of the worst experience I had with the receptionist. The receptionist was very rude. I was not given rooms stating that check I. Time is 12.I agree but there were rooms available and askedi that I can make extra payment. He vehemently denied. So whoever planning to come don't come to Oyo townhouse which is in Brindavan Layout Airport townhouse Bangalore

Rooms with unclean linen, with friendly cockroaches. No water to drink or clean.. DO NOT BELIEVE IMAGES. Service not good at all. Location close to airport but travel to and fro from airport is bit costly. Not worth staying..

Very bad....waste of money I'll never book here ..first thing is we have to carry our luggages by ourselves,,which room we want that also we have to go and see room boy will not come to see .... rooms were really dirty cockroaches dirty smell,I took coffe and onion pakoda which was no taste nothing just waste money ...this hotel rules is need checkout by exact 11:00am...... every hotels standard checkout time is 11:00 am but according to guest request we can allow them last checkout till 12:30 pm .... after 1:00 it includes a late checkout charges...... I'm hotelier working from 6 years .....this hospitality it's really bad ..
