Townhouse 106 Airport Road

This 3-star hotel truly delivers a 1-star experience! The washrooms were dirty, and the rooms were dim and stuffy, with barely any natural sunlight. They didn’t provide even the basic amenities like shampoo, hair oil, a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, or soap. The lack of care and attention to detail was shocking, and it’s clear they’re far from competing with other hotels. Definitely not a place to stay, especially with family—highly disappointing!

If I would get a chance to select 0 or less than that I would have selected.. the roaches were all over the room it was so unhygienic upon that they don't have good water supply. The water will not come neither for shower nor in wash basin. I am regretting why I booked this cheap hotel and he charged me extra 600 rupees because I booked online.

As I booked for 1 day, I have done early checkin @5 in the morning and immediately after check in, I vacated the room. As I requested for refund as well as invoice as it was denied from the management. The Room is Totally Unhygiene.As the service of Wifi and Telecom not working. Very Terrible Experience!! As agreed Location is good, But no point if service are pathetic. I request other people to avoid check-in this hotel.... Also I request Oyo to start Auditing the Hotel and remove from their Listing. As this leads to their very Bad image in hospitality Industry.

Most of reviews a I think are fake..not even basic things are proper- Broken bed Bad Mattress Geyser not working Water dripping from ceiling Water logging in washroom Centipede in washroom Not even toilet paper given Whole hotel is full of cigarettes smoke

I booked for 4 days and immediately after check in, I vacated the room. I know I will not get back the money.... Still I didn't take a chance... I doubt that they should change the name town house to some other... I checked in and went to check the room. I found the room like a bar... A lot of liquor bottle stickers were on the floor, dirty bath room, bedsheets, blanket and pillows are dirty. Even the room does not look like the OYO app images. I asked them to give me another room... But they denied my request.... Horrible experience....!!!

3 rd class service very bad ambience rooms smells a lot no Ac working no to working no hot water every one was Soo rude very bad service n experience never recommend that hotel .. cockroach everywhere bed buds shower broken bed broken light no working … n no water also

One of the worst stays I have ever had, not sure how this stay is getting a five star, washroom is terrible, the only positive is the service, the guys were friendly.
