House keeping services are good and response are nice and behaviour off staffs are very good by shweta. Children's are enjoying in playing area and food also healthy, great. Room are very hygiene and very friendly staff. 36 degree north were really courteous

Stayed in Oct24 during Business visit. Great location, spacious rooms, excellent service. They also have two restaurant options one roof top and other indoor. Food was great, check in process is prompt. Staff is polite and courteous, one of them even lent an umbrella for the entire day (sudden rains and my colleague did not have umbrella). If you have work commitments in Electronics City this is your best option. They also have indoor games and conference rooms.

Name Chaisafru, good service.. and maintain clean room. Some issues with small washroom,door access card, AC but the way room is clean and maintained I appreciate.||Food is okay okay but someissue with service, As it is late everytime we call.

A decent place, however is way too far from airport. Service levels could improve on room. Room size is decent, however no thought was put in designing the accessories. The mirror for eg has a light right on the face when you look 🤣 someone might have been drunk or didn’t see the mirror as a useful accessory. Food is good however a bit pricey considering location - music choice was pathetic 🤣🤣🤣 we got it changed to golden melodies as we were the ones on a Friday night. Could be a good option if price is reduced.

Had two three hotel experience in bangalore but I dint like much more but this is hotel like Otium I had a excellent rooms and food was ambience and tasty service by Mr.Subajit and dipu both are taken on time responding all are very Nice chef making super Mr.Subajit chef and Varun chef finally im feeling very nice thank god Otium By The Oterra Team

Very noisy! In the morning all you hear is loud traffic horns and the police officer on the intercom yelling at people. It also makes taking business calls (or even personal calls) in the room very difficult. Maybe as a local this isn’t a problem, but if you’re an international traveler, beware. It’s also a 2+ hour cab ride to the airport. And then the following outrageous situation happened at checkout: Wow. Was told I could pay half a day for an extra-late check-out at 6pm. I get to the lobby at 6pm, and the guy informs me that I had to check out BEFORE 6pm (like, 5:59pm), and now I would be charged a full day. Obviously I protested, and the guy was about to give me the previously agreed upon rate, and then his manager comes over and says “no too late, give him the full rate.” At this point I give up and just say that I’ll never be back, enjoy the extra half-day’s fee, and that you should tell someone it’s BEFORE 6. Then the guy lies to my face and says “at 6 the system switches over and there’s nothing I can do about it.” Even though 5min before he was about to give me the agreed upon rate. This would have been a 5 star review as the staff were generally very good and I would have happily returned despite the loud road noise, but the “gotcha” game at the end and then lying to my face about it completely soured everything, and I won’t return.
