Hotel Chetan International

Mostly good because of its location near Majestic. Rates are also cheap and so are rooms. Staff is cooperative. But room cleanliness needs to be far better. Floors are sticky and doormat is full of dust. Bathrooms can use deep cleaning. Bed, bedsheet and towels are clean. Does not have some of the basic expected stuff like hot kettle for tea and intercom phone.

Poor Service & Rude Staff at Chethan International I’ve been a loyal guest at Chethan International for the past five years whenever I visit Bangalore. However, after today’s experience, I will not be returning. This morning, I went with four friends to book rooms for two of them. My other friend and I didn’t need a room, but the receptionist wrongly assumed all four of us were staying and insisted we take two rooms. Even after we clearly explained that only two people needed a room, he rudely told us to go and book elsewhere. This kind of attitude from hotel staff is unacceptable. Long-term customers should be treated with respect, not dismissed in such a manner. The management seriously needs to work on improving customer service and staff behavior if they want to retain guests.

Worst worst worst worst worst and waste of money… they are literally charging extra money for everything and the management was literallyy very rude and the room is full of moulds and the ceiling is like moulds and fungus and the service is also not good especially the staff and management is very veryyyy rude and they are literally worse to the customers… they are deleting the reviews in agoda or some other apps while booked in some other app they are deleting the review…

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The owner was so attentive, which made my visit truly special. From the moment I arrived, I felt valued and taken care of. The level of hospitality was exceptional, and it really stood out compared to other places I've stayed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but an experience marked by warm, genuine service.

Very bad hotel.Staff there are very rude, the building is old with rusty walls and unclean floors and the bathroom is very unhygienic with very less basic needs and the buffet there have no food-choice and the food was dry ,cold and had an expired taste .our airconditioner in our room was giving hot air and the beds were unclean with unwashed bedsheets and pillow cover with the most awful smell and not to mention right when we checked into our room we were hit with the most disgusting waste fragrance and the room has no view , all

“I recently stayed at Hotel Chetan International, and my experience was very disappointing. The room did not match the photos advertised online, which was the first letdown. The cleanliness was a major issue—the toilet was not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. Additionally, the hotel does not provide complimentary water bottles in the room, which is quite inconvenient. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was not working properly, and despite informing the staff, there was no immediate resolution. Moreover, the staff’s behavior was not welcoming or helpful, which further added to the negative experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.”
