Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, an IHG Hotel

Location is great. Service is good. Staff was cordial and provided whatever I requested. Rooms were the same as displayed in images. I got misled. There is no space for 2 persons to take any food if room service is ordered. Buffet spread is not so good. My daughter preferred to take it outside though our booking was inclusive of breakfast. Spa was great.

I simply loved this Hotel. It is located bang opposite to RaceCourse, Bengaluru and very near to places like Cubbon Park, MG Road etc.|I would like to highlight few key things, I loved during my stay -|1. Room : Very nice & maintained|2. Food : The food is very nice with multiple options available.|3. Staff : You will feel the warmth right from the security itself. Special mention to Zoe, Prasenjith & Sahil - exceptionally good …. ensuring you feel the best. I was struggling to watch my mobile on table while having dinner, Zoe observed it from far & got me a mobile stand.|4. Gym : Good with machines|5. Parking : Yes|Simply recommended 👍🏻

Had a great trip back to Bangalore. They’ve made it seem like I was home and catered to all needs splendidly. |No hesitation in repeating a visit back here. The food was good. Though the spread can be improved but the staff were courteous and helpful. |Front office team had been of the greatest assistance to all requirements!!

I particularly appreciated the comfortable bedding and the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The hotel’s breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.||||However, I did encounter some areas for improvement. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times, which made it difficult to work efficiently. Additionally, room service was slightly delayed during peak hours, which could be better managed.||||The hotel staff’s helpfulness stood out, especially the concierge team who provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and dining spots. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, with a modern decor and well-maintained common areas.

I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Racecourse. The location is perfect, offering great views and easy access to the surrounding area. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious, well-varied, and served with exceptional care. A special mention to Zoe, Sahil, and Suzy for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly, making the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

This was my third time at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse. The stay was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Hospitality was fantastic. Restaurant staff were very courteous. Overall excellent👌 Would definitely choose this hotel when im again back to Bengaluru.

The stay was really pleasant and wonderful. The breakfast spread was also very nice and had a great spread. It had everything for everyone. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. I would really like to thank Sahil for his help through the breakfast. He would always serve with a smiling face. Thank you once again

We had dinner at the Glass -Kitchen and Bar Restaurant. It's a beautiful themed restaurant, which focuses mainly on Indian Dishes. The Menu is unique,with each item curated especially for this place. The taste is unique and great. The ambience is so beautiful,with clear views of the sides. A lot of plants inside add to the decor and warmth of the place. The staff are always ready to help you with their recommendations of dishes . Overall you leave as a Very Happy and Satisfied Customer. And not to forget, there is a 50% discount going on for the Zomato Gold Customers
